Pleasant staff. Lengthy purchase period and a long time to wait for delivery- over two months! I’m inclined to wait till delivery to judge my experience finally. Not Warrington store. In Stockport .

Brilliant
Great service. Went into the shop a few times to look, the people were really helpful and laid back.
Decided to make my order over the phone, Suzanne was really helpful, professional but naturally friendly. She was also local which was a nice touch when speaking to a customer service line.
Now just waiting for my delivery :)

Great Customer Experience
My wife and I attended the Warrington Branch of Sofology with the intention of purchasing a 2 seater reclining sofa.
The range and choice was excellent and on requesting customer assistance the salesperson was extremely helpful on answering all are queries.
What a shame Sofology is leaving Warrington.

I was under the impression that…
I was under the impression that delivery would be made within 14 days.
However, up until today I have not received any email confirming the exact delivery date. Doesn’t this mean the promise of delivery within 14 days has not been fulfilled?
