Sofology - Wednesbury Opiniões 

I have purchased my last 2 sofas from Sofology (which we still have - quality is fab) and both times the experience has been fantastic - they knowledge the choice and also the fact the sales staff don't attack as soon as you walk in. We needed to get a sofa bed and again service, quality and advice was excellent, really wouldn't go anywhere else.

I walked in just for a browse with no intention of buying a sofa but, I met a lovely young man called Mustafa who showed me around the great showroom and sat me down on a sofa so luxurious I had to have. Also with the great savings he offered me it was difficult to refuse. I decided to purchase the extra 5 year warranty after another colleague Alisha explained the benfits, it covered way more than other competitor stores without the small prints. If you're after a sofa go find Mustafa or Alisha at the Wednesbury store.

Great, prompt service from Patrycja. Not at all pushy on selling extras but there to answer questions and make sure we were happy with our choice.

Quick and efficient

We had looked in many stores and Sofology had the best and most comfortable selection

We were served by Abs, who was so helpful (without being pushy). He gave us all the info we needed and samples of fabric. Didn’t try and push a sale when we needed to postpone purchase while we had a second measure up at home. We then returned a few days later and completed the sale with Abs.

Harrison was very helpful and professional. Very good customer support given by him 😊

We visited the Wednesbury branch this morning and Ruby couldn’t have been more helpful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and explained the options on each sofa available to fit the space we were looking to fill.

Patrycja was great

Although I knew what I was looking for, and had visited the show room several times, it was time to finalise a decision. Aleisha (apologies for spelling!) was very attentive and helped me settle on the best colour and fabric. I went back to the store and completed my order today and again the staff member Sac (again apologies, may have misremembered the name!) made the whole process straightforward and worry free.

Great experience overall, really lovey lady in Wednesbury store helped us pick a settee and gave good advise to go home measure up and make sure it would fit the space then to click onto the item she placed in the basket and order when ready.Just the right help of knowledge and sale pitch which served well with me as that is exactly what I done and now just have to wait for delivery 👍

Harrison was the sales person who assisted us in our purchase of a new sofa. He was friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and patient. He listened to our needs as a family and guided us through the process as we selected the sofa of our choice. Due to having a boisterous 4 year old one of my concerns were potential stains and scuffs however Harrison put me at ease with his knowledge of the fabric furniture plan. This allowed us to choose the colour of our choice knowing that if needed we could call on someone to treat stains or scuffs and if a treatment was unsuccessful a replacement would be issued. We are looking forward to receiving our new sofa and are assured that it will sustain our busy household and will be maintained to ensure its longevity. A big thank you to Harrison for his assistance and time for making our time in the store a positive experience.

From start to finish it was very easy to purchase my new sofa. Staff were very informative and made the effort to explain everything in great detail.

We visited the store a number of times to make sure we were making the right decision, we never once felt pressured to do an order there and then unlike other stores! The service was amazing and Patrycja was so helpful everytime we came into store she took her time to go through a number of sofa’s to make sure we were 100% happy!

Great service with very approachable staff. We were given clear advice that helped us make our choice.
