I have been ordering clothes for my grandsons from your company for quite some time. The quality, the styles, the colors, and the designs are SO impressive! My orders have always been received far quicker than I have expected. A couple of times I have reached out to customer service and responses have been fast and provided solutions.

The website is always super easy to navigate and if there is an issue the team gets it sorted super fast! I'm always so impressed with how hard they all work with fulfilling orders as fast as they can. Typical my order arrives within a week of ordering which is super impressive.

The quality and fit of every piece of Kindred Studio clothing that I have is great. I exclusively buy my own clothing from here now, because the fit and material is the most flattering/comfortable and being able to support a Canadian business with sound ethics is a priority for me.

I love that I can filter by size, price and item. I only wish I could do the same on the app! I also love that there is often an opportunity to buy clothing during sales, which is helpful for my wallet. Having plus size options is really nice and really appreciated. I do wish they went up even further, as I find I often size up to account for wash shrinkage and it would be nice for everyone to have that option!

Overall, I am very satisfied with every aspect of my purchases from Kindred and always make sure to recommend them.

I would like companies to stop asking me how I like their products. If the product is faulty or flawed, I will let you know. When I buy multiple items from the kindred studio, I receive multiple emails asking for reviews. Tonight, within minutes of receiving an email to rate my current purchase I received another email asking me to review my experience. I will not be buying any more from this company due to the overwhelming amount of feedback they require.

This company is awesome. I've only had a package lost once, and an item oversold once, but the customer service here is some of the very best out there. They always go above and beyond to repair the situation. The quality of the clothing they sell is also, some of the best.
