Very pleased to get this shed delivered all the way to Northern Ireland as a lot of companies dont offer this. While the courier tracking information was poor (but I'll give them a pass as it was over xmas period) the shed turned up as promised. Very grateful to Tiedex.

Super service!!!!

Bought well insulated loft ladder which arrived as scheduled but upon opening it was found to have a slight crack in the hatch finish.This appears to be a manufacturers defect rather than delivery damage. This should have been picked up before sending out. Had noted detremental customer services reviews and needed to get it installed so didn`t complain as it only needed minor repair and decoration of the cover which is all done and now installed. Just took more time and money than expected.

Unbelievable service, purchased a large basketball arcade game just before Christmas, as it was such short notice I called to confirm it would arrive on time, I was sent photos of product via text and the deliver was sent next day to Northern Ireland and arrived with time to spare. [I had purchased this item from 3 places online prior and all 3 just cancelled my order and said they couldn’t guarantee delivery prior to Christmas] TieDex was a saviour and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Brilliant communication from start to finish and sent tracking info. Product was exactly as described and absolutely brilliant. I can’t thank you enough

It’s been ongoing for weeks. The wrong order was sent. Emails requesting collection were not relied to quickly. In frustration at their poor communication I requested a refund. They told me they would collect it yesterday. I waited in all day the parcel is still here and after weeks I have not had a refund and the wrong order is still here. Totally unacceptable and I will never order from them again. Hilary Humphreys

No real issues. Email notification of dispatch of the item sent 2 days after the item arrived. Hey Ho. Order to arrival within a week so all good. Thanks.

Had to rearrange delivery, which was handled very well. I received a text with a 4 hour window, the driver called to say he was running late. The delivery people carried the parcel to where I wanted the parcel out. Very good delivery service. Product looks great and very well made.

Quick delivery and excellent product

Placed order on wrong item, called up straight away to ask to cancel and was told it was cancelled.
Called up later in the afternoon and was told it will be shipped tomorrow, again I asked to cancel and was confirmed it had been cancelled.
Received an email the next morning to say it had been dispatched.
Joke of a customer service with children running around in the background screaming, went through credit card company to dispute transaction and receive refund after refusing delivery when the poor driver got here.

The 2 delivery men were very good and put the shed in my garden

Ordered, arrived as scheduled.

Product delivered 2 months ago. 2 parts missing. I’ve been chasing ever since. Been told twice they’re being delivered, nothing arrived. My reviews keep getting deleted off trust pilot. They’ve told me I am being banned from trust pilot too. I have a children’s play house I cannot use that I’ve paid for. Customer service is appalling. My only option is the financial ombudsman now.

Dont buy from this company. My product was delivered middle June with missing pieces and still havent had a replacement!! Paid over £200 for a playhouse that we cant use and ruined my daughters birthday present. Customer service is appalling.

took a day of work so i would be in on the given delivery date. was meant to be delivered on the tuesday but didnt arrive until friday in which i had to ask someone else to take time out there day as they wouldnt leave it
