We signed up to TRIVER a short while ago and after 3 months it seemed to be doing well so we increased our useage.
Then when advancing an invoice which we had planned to advance, and given terms to the customer due to this reason, they decided for their own reason to say it doesn’t qualify. When pushed to give a reason, they refused completely, and even when documentation was provided to nullify any potential risk factors they had, they still refused without even attempting to look at the information.
Overall it would be a good facility if it was consistent and reliable. They will lull a business into a false sense of reliance and then will pull back without any warning.
In retrospect we should have gone with an older more reliable company rather than these guys who seem to be still experimenting in the UK with businesses.

This system is incredibly easy to use
This system is incredibly easy to use. It took no training at all to use. Absolutely delighted with the ease and service provided. The turnaround time from enquiry to acceptance was days. I would certainly recommend this company for fast cashflow solutions.

Just uploaded my first invoice with Siar talking me through it on the phone - it was really easy- the money hit my account almost straight away. Seems like a pretty low cost way of helping cashflow.

Every letter we send includes details on how to opt out, and you can also email us directly at info@triver.com. As Trustpilot only provides us with your first name, we’ll need a little more information (such as your business name and address) so we can remove your details. Once we have that, we’ll confirm removal straight away.

The experience was good
The experience was good - reactive and prompt Calling in by phone is straightforward and I found I always able to speak straight away to or be transferred my relationship manager. Opening an account was straightforward to with the prompts required when on -line. Overall very pleased.

Waste of time What is the point
Waste of time company. What is the point ?
They send you mail to say you have been pre-approved.
Then decline you instantly without real assessment or even a phone call to discuss.
Try other companies like Funding Circle and Paypal funding who actually assess your company needs.

They refer to being pre-selected, which means we’ve supported other businesses in similar industries and believe your company could be a good fit for our funding facilities. We understand how this could have been misread, and that it may have led to expectations of guaranteed approval — making the rejection especially frustrating. We’re genuinely sorry for that disappointment.
