The service provided by Trophy Plus was ok
The service provided by Trophy Plus was generally good. Although the order arrived a day later than expected, communication throughout was clear and I was kept fully informed of the delay. All trophies arrived intact and well packaged, which was appreciated given the tight timescales involved with our presentation event.
The reason for awarding three stars rather than five is that, whilst the communication was good, the delay itself was still inconvenient. That said, the team were proactive in keeping me updated and I cannot fault them for their communication throughout the process.

Saved the day after original mistake
When I received my order one of the awards was miss printed, however one email to the company and they sent a replacement out within 24 hours and I received it within 48hours and just in time for my award ceremony. Id it had been correct first time I would have given it 5 stars, if the customer service wasn't so great for the replacement it would have been 1/2 stars as it would have ruined my event and potentially upset a young lad. The awards were good quality and looked great.

How thoughtless!
As far as the trophies received go they deserve 5 stars. As far as delivery of those trophies goes I would give 1 star. We were expecting the parcel. Three people were in my home on the day of delivery but the parcel was left on my doorstep without anyone knocking the door or ringing the bell to tell us it was being delivered. My home faces a busy road...anyone could have walked away with it
