Extremely helpful in every way!! Because I couldn't understand how the system worked online I ordered the wrong dosage of nicotine shots in my order!
So I called them and Ian was so helpful he said if I went in to the store he would correct this at no charge!
Now that's service above and beyond!!

Quick delivery.
Not happy with the liquid though, it doesn’t really have any taste what so ever. No menthol taste. Just tastes like milk and cotton. (Only way to describe it)
Would expect a more menthol hit as from methol head range.

Disappointed at the delivery time email confirmed the item is out for postage at 8am Tuesday I choose the 48h delivery which I was charged for and I’m not going to receive it unti Friday/sat poor just poor

Sorry to see a 1 star review when it was royalmail that let it down for you. you placed a order with us early in the morning and we completed the order within hours , we pay royalmail to collect everyday and they arrived to us at 15.30 that day, scanned the orders in at there depot just before 5pm.
I think this review should be on royalmails trustpilot really.
Sorry for the hassel they have caused you with there poor service
