Good Product Bad Admin

The product is good but I had a lot of admin issues: wrong shoes delivered, I waited more than 1 month to get another one. Hence, in overall I put this notation (that is not too bad) also because they helped resolve the issue and the team was trying their best to help.

I got a wrong order and now have no chance in getting the order I wanted in the beginning because my size doesn’t exist anymore. I would have bought the product with the right order but now I’m not going to make a new purchase. If you don’t want to loose customers like this, you should figure out how to make this process better.

We apologize for the inconvenience and fully understand your frustration. We would feel the same if we did not get what we ordered. Unfortunately, sometimes, as humans we make mistakes, and this was one of them. We do all that we can to minimize, but sometimes, they slip through.

To add insult to injury, were out of stock, which you also mentioned yourself. And that is very unfortunate.

We take your feedback in and will do all that we can to optimize this process, but this will not eliminate the fact, that we as humans make mistakes sometimes.

I ordered these shoes for my husband, and he loves them - I agree they are very nice and superb quality. Ordering was easy, great comms keeping me up to date and they arrived within a few days. Would definitely buy from Vinnys again.

EVERYTHING RIGHT...

Got my sandals right on the ETA date. Beautiful packing, great looking product, fit perfect. Better than expected as they were coming overseas.

Was worried that there might be delays, but none. Worried the product might now fit, but was right on size. Everything good, no negatives.

That being said, you are more than welcome to reach out to our customer service team, who would have been able to add the code to your order. That way, we could have applied it before checkout and avoided the experience of not getting the code added at checkout.

Godt produkt, middelmådig service

Jeg bestilte et par loafers, og fik dem leveret hurtigt og uden problemer. Størrelsen var desværre for stor. Jeg kontakter Vinny's for at spørge, om jeg kan komme forbi og ombytte. Jeg kan komme forbi ugen efter, men kun for at aflevere skoene, jeg kan ikke få et par nye med. Jeg tilbød også at jeg kunne hente/ombytte i Storkøbenhavn, det var ikke aktuelt for Vinny's. Det er som sådan fair nok.
Jeg synes bare servicen er lidt sløj, jeg ender med at betale 3x fragt for et par sko til 2400,- DKK, plus jeg skal vente på at de modtager skoene jeg har sendt retur, så skal jeg yderligere vente på at modtage pengene retur, før jeg så kan bestille det nye par.

Men altså, fede sko.
