Browsing eBay looking for something to make my C7 Corvette unique. Discovered this little gem from vipmotoz dual function LED Light to replace reflectors in rear facia. Installed August 2021 and everything worked fine. Now in November 2025 discovered burnt out led's in both sequential turn signals and brake light, contacted company here is their reply:
"Thank you for reaching out.

This only has a lieftime warranty for replacable parts by the manufacturer not by us."

"We only offer a one year warranty."

Replaceable components on a sealed unit, A magician I am not! No disclaimer on website or description of Lifetime Warranty. No negative reviews, surprise.

Bought some clear and LED bumper lights off Amazon from them. Because of weather and time I waited about a month to install them. After 5 weeks one of them started getting condensation behind the lens. When contacted through Amazon they said I was past the 30 day return. But in the actual listing it says 90 day warranty. They will not honor it.

I bought a set of Halo headlights from VIPMotoz and when I went to install them, found that they were missing the turn signal assembly; no fixture, no wiring, no bulb. And since the OEM turn signals don't fit their product, I needed them to send me the turn signal assembly. It was past the return period, but I didn't want to return them, I wanted to install them and I figured since they didn't include a necessary part, they'd just send it to me; no big deal, right? Multiple calls - no answers; multiple emails - one response. And when they found out what I needed, they never replied again, even though they have all this BS on their site about their stellar customer service. I let them know I wasn't happy, that I just wanted what I paid for, and they blocked me from using their site. I can't write here what I think about that juvenile response, but it's safe to say it's the opposite of the professional image they pay lip service to on their web site, that's for sure. The bums kept my money, though, even though, without turn signals, their product is worthless to me. $265 down the drain. I would never trust these guys again; you shouldn't trust them either.

Provided defective Porsche halogen headlights, and Vipmotoz refused to exchange as I was outside the 60 day warranty period. Simply not a good business if they rely on a technicality (despite a manufacturer warranty of two years) to sell defective product. I am out $1000.

Tail lights became defective in 585 days, left three messages as well as three e-mails. Tried their "live chat" still on hold!

I have bought a set of headlights for $320 that sales person recommended for my BMW Z4, 2003. The light was incompatible with the car. The sales person advised to purchase a different set and to return the one that wasn't working. I have bought the different set for $411 and returned the first one. The new one was identical and didn't work as well. I have returned it also. They returned $4.50 for the first set and $205 for the second, claiming that the balance is a restocking fee... I'll get my money back through credit card company. Just want a future potential clients to be aware of the way this company works.

Ordered a set of headlights for my 2015 Chevy Cruze. Got them delivered and installed. Poor lighting quality compared to stock. Removed and sent them back for a refund. Was only partially refunded they said they were broken. They were in like new condition when I removed and sent them back. Company is a scam

They processed payment and shipping for a paypal order which shipped was not received and returned to sender. Sent message to them via paypal which they have ignored for weeks, and no refund.
