What a joke , the pics advertised and what you receive is awful !! They also do not respond to your emails ! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

This company sucks, do not use...they are absolutely impossible to return items and refunds...big scam!!!

Like others who have provided reviews, the company refused to provide a simple return and refund for a shirt I purchased. I tried it on and didn't like the color or fit so wanted to return it right away. They try everything except providing an easy way to return the shirt. I will never shop with this company again. Buyer beware. Stay away.

Correspondence was a delay tactic trying to offer me a 15 percent then later a 30 percent discount. When I insisted on a return process I received no further responses. Also their phone number is disconnected. Regarding quality it’s awful. No tag on size and was not good quality. I contacted my bank and reported them as a scam company. Do yourself a favor DO NOT ORDER from them.

Reneged on their return refunf policy. Product is extremely low quality. This company is nothing short of a scam

The articles of clothing I ordered were $25 each. The artilces I received weren't worth $3. When I wanted to return the clothing all they kept offering were discounts on my next order. To return the items I would have to ship them to China. DO NOT order from this company.

Ordered a sweater from here and the quality was bad and ran very large. Tried to contact company for a return, but they never responded. I normally don’t write reviews, but this one I felt warranted.

I bought a few clothing items recently, and each one feels durable yet comfortable. The designs are classic and versatile, making them easy to pair with different outfits. You can tell a lot of care went into the construction.

Do not purchase from this store. First, the quality is subpar. They also dont give complete refunds. They lie about giving you refunds. This was my first and last experience. Please people dont buy here.

I ordered a dress from Wilfred Smith. Once I received it, I immediately tried it on. The dress was the right size and it did fit. However, it is too short and it highlights a belly pooch that I choose not to highlight! I have tried to get an address for return of this dress for a week, now.
I get emails in return, offering a different size or a discount but no one will give me a return address nor will they acknowledge my request for that address.
I have had emails from Customer Service, from four or five different people, none of which offered me what I simply requested. A method of returning a dress that does not work on my body.
I have had offers of discounts, of the option to order something else entirely (just pay shipping?) or receive the same dress in a different size. None of their offers are what I asked for.
I do not like the way this dress fits!! I do not like that it is too short!!!
I really do not like that this company refuses to honor the promise of quick and easy returns of any item that does not meet my needs!
Clearly written in multiple places on their website is the assertion that it is easy to return the order if it does not work, or does not fit. Even if you just don’t like what you receive. NONE OF THOSE PROMISES ARE KEPT! The only thing Wilfred Smith will keep is the money you sent them!
I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the dress, but would have used it if it had looked right.
Having now read other reviews of Wilfred Smith, I am convinced that I will never be satisfied with their response to my Return Request! This company does not intend to satisfy their customer. They do not care if I am unhappy. They have no reason attempt to keep me as a customer, they believe there will always be another fool stupid enough to order from an online entity before reading reviews about that company.
I hope that this review of Wilfred Smith helps keep someone else from the mistake I made.
DO NOT BUY FROM WILFRED SMITH!

Tried to place an order and Wilfredsmith showed that the Discover Card was not accepted after I put in the information. Then after putting all the information in for American Express the same thing happend. What WS doesn't except either? Weird. The next day both cc flagged unknow charges overseas that were denied. I had to order new cards. I will not consider this company again.

The worst I ordered silk tanks and they were too small and I hated them I asked how to return and get a refund about 20 emails later they simply will not let me return them and keep offering a discount on a future purchase. They also said I can chuck the ones they sent and will send me a different size. I ordered xs I am 5’1” 100 pounds they said I probably need a medium or large the xs was just a tiny bit small I said to send a small they are the worst

I was uneasy about this website, but intrigued by the low price, and pressured by the "50% discount ends tonight". I read some "reviews"(I believe they were fake) that were positive, so I made the purchase and went to bed. I did a more in-depth search in the morning, AI, BBB. I also saw that the "50% discount ends tonight" was still in effect, in the morning. I did a deeper dive into reviews and found, "Note on Reviews: While the brand claims high quality, recent customer feedback on (review sites) includes numerous complaints about products not matching their online photos, receiving cheap materials, and difficulties with refunds." Words like "scam"and "fraud" were used often.
I immediately (less than 12hrs after purchase,emailed them to cancel my order. I got an automated reply of a x% discount on my next order. Each time I replied(9x) with "cancel my order", the % increased. I called the phone number on their "contact" and got a message stating, "user no longer uses this #, "# has been deactivated".
If you are hesitant, trust that feeling! I called my credit card company, reached out to the FTC and the BBB.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM STORE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. First, their website shows a NYC store front store. This is not one. Second, their website says “Easy Returns”. Nothing could be further from the truth. Offered me discounts for 15%, 30% and ultimately 45%. I just wanted to return my item for a full refund as their website states as the item was poor quality. Finally gave me an address in some providence in China to return my item. What the heck??? I told them I had a son who lived in NCY and he would drop off the item at their retail store. Nope…no retail store. Buyer beware….this is scam store all the way around.

Very poor experience.
The item did not fit, and despite a stated return policy, the company made the return process extremely difficult.
Communication was unreliable, and their contact number was not reachable.
I had to file a credit card dispute, and the bank ruled in my favor and refunded me.
I would be cautious purchasing from this company.

If it was possible to rate them a zero, I would do so. The quality of the product was horrible. They refuse to credit and first offered 15% off future order. When I said that was unacceptable they increased it to 30% off future order.

I would give negative stars but unfortunately that’s not the option. I ordered a large coat and it appeared that the coat was made by a 5 year old. The sleeves and shoulder areas were fine but the bottom literally wrapped around my waist twice. It was like the top half was a large and the bottom half was 5X. When I bought the item, I was under the impression that it was made in Amsterdam but then realized it was made in China. I tried returning the item and at first they kept on saying keep the item and we will refund you 25 and 50 percent of the money back. I decided to return the item and shipped the item to somewhere in China 4 months ago and I am still trying to get my refund. SCAM ALERT!!!

What stood out to me most was how easy the entire process was. The website was simple to navigate, the sizing guide was accurate, and the item looked exactly like the photos. It arrived in great condition and fit perfectly.

My recent purchase was even better than I hoped. The stitching is clean, the material feels premium, and the overall finish gives the piece a polished look. It’s the kind of quality that makes you want to shop again.
