This is a scumbag operation, probably run by a sweatshop in China! They bill credit card merchant services using a Wilmington Delaware corporation so they probably evade paying corporate taxes and avoid regulations!

This dirtball company sent substandard defective see through clothing and evaded multiple refund requests but gave a first offer 10% off then 20% off then 40% off for a defective item. Why the hell would anyone want discounted defective items?!? Then we find out after they are another scammer operation because of all the other negative reviews online.

They’re like the Robo scammers.

Don't buy anything from them! It's cheap Chinese junk. They claim on their website that they operate out of New York, but that is a complete lie! They refused to refund my money, so I had to go to my bank, which resolved the issue.

This is the worst company to deal with. Their products are made of cheap material and the return options are not available. Don't buy from this company, it will not be a good experience. I'll use their 64 dollar shirt as a dust rag.

What can I say? Live and learn.

I bought a blouse that looked beautiful on the site. It was the perfect color and couldn't wait to wear it with a pair of new pants. It was around $60.

I ordered it at least a month ago. I finally emailed them 2 days ago, and the apologized, and I recieved it today.
I could tell from the package for I opened it that it was not what I thought I ordered. Way too light.

When I opened it, I was shocked.

No. 1, I always order an XL and 99 percent of the time they fit, unless it's for doll's clothing. I think this company makes clothes for dolls as well. I couldn't fit into this blouse even in my super skinny days when I was a teenager and early 20s.

No. 2, the material was just horrendous. Super shiny, like a fake film over it or something. I don't know. And thin. You could almost see through it.

So, whatever you do, don't waste your money on anything on this site. It is not what it looks like.
Lesson learned!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Horrible. The product looked previously worn and had no tags. When I asked for a return label they offered a 10% discount that I have yet to receive. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from them. The customer service number no longer exists so it is all email and they lie saying it is in process and its on my credit cards end.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! This shop is a scam. I inadvertently hit ‘Pay Now’ for an item trying to back out of the order page. I immediately emailed their customer support info and explained that I realized the item would pose a sizing issue and wanted to back out but inadvertently hit Pay Now. They responded offering me a discount initially to keep the item , but I declined it. They responded with another “final” discounted offer to keep the item or they will go ahead and process my refund. I chose my refund and requested a confirmation of the cancellation and refund amount to which they responded they will send under separate email. They now keep sending me emails that there is a malfunction on their end causing a delay and backlog of refund processes and it will take upwards of 30 days to process and how I shouldn’t contact my credit card company (because I threatened to do just that) because that can take months for a resolution. OMFG!

JUST DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY - DON'T ORDER FROM HERE

I purchased three dresses for a wedding - same dress, three different sizes. When I finally received them, they didn't fit right and the quality of the fabric was very poor. I asked how to return them, and they said I can't, that they would give me 15% of my money back!!! The dresses came to over $300!!! Will definitely NEVER order from them again!!!

Total scam. I cancelled my order within 2 hours of ordering because of the review I saw. I was told no problem I was within the 24 hour window. They came back with all kinds of options for discounts, etc. I said I wanted my money refunded and order cancelled. They cancelled my order and told me, "unfortunately the are unable to process refunds due to an ongoing system update issue". DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Total scam. Shamful!

I purchased a jacket that has very oddly short sleeves and not good quality. They won’t refund my money. I even sent photos to show and all they’ll do is make me pay $18 more to ship a larger jacket! I suggest buying elsewhere where they have quality product and customer service.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Poor to average quality material that took weeks to arrive. I wish I had purchased on Amazon and saved myself the headache. Sizing was off with one shirt too snug and the other too large. Returns or exchanges are impossible. Also don’t get caught in the scam of insured shipping. If you accidentally hit that button you can’t take off the extra cost. I won’t be using this company again.

I ordered a dress they said it would arrive in 2 to 3 days this is such a cover, saying they are based in New York where it's on a slow boat from China and is taking 3 weeks to arrive, not in time for my event.

Purchased a blazer and it looks nothing like the blazer I ordered, it was extremely thin the color was lighter and the quality was terrible. And the trust pilot 4,800 great reviews they have are a lie. They did not want to return the item they kept offering to give me a percentage of what I paid for the item, discouraging me by saying how it’s was going to cost me more to return it. I will never order from here again. They are using fake pictures making the items look better than they actually are.

The suit my wife ordered was way to big, and no labels indicating where it was manufactured or what it was made of. She really needed a Petite but they did not have that size. Return process really bad. First I had to take pictures of the suit and send to them Then multiple emails back and forth eventually leading to offering to give a 20% refund AND keep the suit. They should NOT be in business.

Horrible company! Doesn’t want to refund or give info for return. Product way off of normal sizing guide.should be banned from doing business! Beware!!!!

Ordered a men’s large quilted jacket. Received a jacket that was very snug for a large and the sleeves were 3 inches too short. Company refuses to provide a prepaid return label as stated in their return policy. Claims their policy is customer is responsible for return cost. Very expensive since their warehouse is in China.

The bomer jacket was way to small im a plus size girl it came in a child size

This is a follow up to my original review on Wilfred Smith. They promised to refund us 10% on our order but we never received it. Checked several times with the bank but they had no record of it. Wilfred Smith just kept saying to keep checking several times. Zero. As far as I am concerned they are a fraud and their company is a swindle. Customer satisfaction is zero! Do not purchase.

I called their customer service number & it’s out of order. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are unreliable!!!!
