This company is a sham!! The parent company is no longer an active company, the phone number for Wilfred Smith DOES NOT WORK-it continuously rings “busy”, and the company WILL NOT respond to return requests. I’ve been Toto get a return address for almost 2 weeks and have made MULTIPLE attempts to contact the company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY if you think you may want to return it!!!

I ordered a suit from Wilfred Smith...my fault for not looking where this company was located...China. It took over 35 days for the suit to arrive. The event passed for what I needed it for and contacted CS to set up a return. It was like buying a used car. First they offer 10% refund to keep it, then a 20% refund, and then their "final offer" was 30% refund to keep it. The only surprising thing about this company is that someone actually returned my emails. It cost me $40 to ship it back.

This company is a complete scam. Very poor quality merchandise and sized small. When I tried to return, they insulted me with a 10% refund and keep the item. I wouldn’t donate this jacket to a dog.

I would say this is a clothing scam company. I made a recent purchase, and the quality and design of the dress are not professional material or design.

The sweater I received was way too small like it was made for a child. I’m sue it was a youth large. However, there are no identifying tags on the sweater. Tried to return, but the company said I would have to pay the shipping which for me would cost more than the sweater. Do not trust this company.

The dress I ordered took several weeks to get here and I when I received it the fit wasn’t right so I wanted to return it. They want videos and pictures and still will not accept a return and give a refund. Do not buy from them they are scammers. The website says fast delivery and easy return and refunds that is absolutely far from what they offer.

Doing business with Wilfred Smith should be avoided. The product is of poor quality and if you want to return an item they insist on sending it to China even though they ship it to you from Los Angeles California. It's a scam to get you to give up trying to complete the return. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

SCAMMERS. Online, the garment I ordered looks totally different to the poor quality, poor craftsmanship, I received; and even the design of the garment is not as pictured. Wilfred Smith claim to have "authenticity, craftsmanship, and sustainability ... intention, care, and integrity" as their values; and that my "satisfaction means a lot to us, and we’re here to support you every step of the way." Not at all. They have tried to scare me off making a return by telling me how costly, difficult, inconvenient etc it is (not at all what they say before I made the purchase); and have offered an insulting 10% by way of refund instead. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY: I truly believe you will regret it.

I was totally ripped off!!!! 89.00 I paid for 2 pairs of men's large pants, when I received them they were cheap a would fit a small child!!! How r they getting away with this??? And they said true to fit, r u kidding me??? And shipping took forever

Bought a trench coat originally marked $440 on warehouse sale for $219.95. I placed the order and when my shop app updated the order and I followed the link the coat now showed on sale to $89.95 with an original marked price of $179.95. They literally reduced the originally marked price down but didn’t change the product or the sale. I reached out for a refund of the difference and the o lot offered a 25% discount on my next order. Extremely dishonest pricing policies - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TBIS COMPANY!!

ZERO STARS. SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM Wilfred Smith. The items I received were extremely poor quality and looked nothing like the photos. The fabrics were cheap, the stitching was sloppy, and one of the shirts literally had a printed design meant to mimic texture instead of being actual material. It was a bait-and-switch.

The return process is where it becomes clear this is not a legitimate customer-focused business. I initiated a return within the stated 30-day window, but they repeatedly delayed the process while offering partial refunds (10%, then 20%, then 30%) to avoid taking the items back. When I declined and pushed to return, they finally sent instructions—but by then claimed I was outside the return window and refused the refund.

On top of that, they require customers to pay for return shipping to China, which when I went to the post office, I saw that it would cost me $70 for items that totaled under $155. This feels intentional, as most people won’t spend that much just to return low-quality items. I would have returned anyway on the principal of it, but I could not because they claimed outside the return window.

Based on my experience and what many others have reported, this appears to be a dropshipping operation selling low-grade products that do not match their advertising, with a return process designed to discourage or prevent refunds. Avoiding this site!!!!

Clothes not even worth one dollar. Embarassing to even donate!!

Terrible quality! It was described as a sweater, looked like a sweater, but when the order arrived, it was a shiny cheap sweatshirt. I wouldn't put that cheap crap on my dog. And it wasn't inexpensive. So frustrated. I will never order anything from this company again!

I have had the worst experience ever. This company just stole from me. I ordered a shirt that took for ever to arrive. They are advertising 100% linen shirts for $99.00 USD on sales for $59.00. When I received the shirts, I was very disappointed and embarrassed to give it to my husband as a gift 100% polyester shirt that did not match their website description.
Someone should stop them from stealing money from people. They nly gave me a 30% refund.

Do not purchase anything from this company! It takes a month to receive your items and it gets here and after paying high dollar it’s paper thin material clothing, like cheaper than SHEIN. When I reached out for a refund they gave me the run around for about ten emails! “Customer has to cover shipping and most don’t want to mess with that because of customs and delays so we’ll give you ten percent back” ummm not thanks! What a nightmare they were. I would NEVER order from this company again.

Paid for an item, months went by without receiving anything. Consistent shipping issues and no way to keep a proper tracking shipment order number.

Order was delayed and the process to return is a dozen steps. I tried to cancel, was assured that my order could be returned, but it was one crazy step after the next. I would not recommend WilfredSmith.

Product fabric arrived in a different threading pattern that advertised and was too small.

When I initiaited a request for refund, they told me that a return to China is often too expensive and they'd be willing to refund me 10% and keep the product that I cannot use.
