Placed an order for a Samsung galaxy phone arrived within a few days easy to use and I am very pleased with my product

This purchase was to replace my son’s phone that had suddenly died. I read many reviews from the site and thought I’d give it a go. I was a little skeptical about how good a condition the product would be in (Samsung S23 ultra 1Tb) as our options were limited. We spotted this phone and decided although listed in ‘fair condition ‘ we were in need of a phone asap we’d give it a go. And we were not disappointed. If I’m honest we expected a fairly tatty phone but as we keep it in a case as long as the phone functioned as it should we decided not to worry about the cosmetic condition. Well the phone arrived in better condition than the one that had died so we were more than happy.

I will definitely be returning to this site when we next need to upgrade our phones. Not only was the phone fairly priced we’ve saved a little bit of the planet by re-using someone else’s unwanted phone.

For us the only negative was that we didn’t receive the phone next day as planned but sadly this was due to the snowy weather so we can’t blame 4gadgets for that.

I did call customer services as I hadn’t received the delivery instructions/ tracking number etc. which did worry me a little but on speaking to them they apologised and duly gave me the tracking number etc but this was due to the bad weather. They were polite and as helpful as they could be in the circumstances which was the bad weather!

Fast delivery. I ordered a "fair" phone but what I got was (to me) in great condition. Clear website, easy to see the options and slightly cheaper than other refurbished phone websites with the first customer discount. Thanks!

The phone was good, though it didn't match the description when I purchased it.

I was a little unsure at first buying a used phone of the internet. However after reading previous reviews I decided to purchase one for my partner. This is the third phone I've bought over the years for myself/ family.
I didn't bother looking anywhere else and risk pinning the tail on a donkey of a company.

Foolishly I bought a phone from another supplier years ago.
It was pre-owned but not originally from the UK.
Consequently
No updates, no S/W patches

Service was excellent and I am overall very satisfied with my purchase. I bought a phone in excellent condition and that’s what I received. There is a small scratch at the top of the screen but only visible when looking for it. Rest of the phone looks untouched. Battery health was 89% which if I’m nit picking I would like to be a little higher but that’s the gamble you take when buying refurb phones. Overall the company is fantastic and I would recommend to anyone in the market for refurbished tech.

Phone was indeed pristine full battery life when checked. Appreciated the 24 hour tracked delivery. All at an attractive price.

Very very quick for a phone delivery. UK based and fair condition is a lot better than you think! Didn't need to use the 14 day return because screens were immaculate and only damage was 2 tiny chips on the hinge. 100% battery health and works like new. For fair condition thats pretty great. Good refurb!

Did what it said on the tin

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 on Monday, and it arrived very quickly. I selected the “Good” condition option on Back Market, but the phone arrived looking dirty around the frame, with some glue-like residue and a dent on the body. This is my third purchase from Back Market, and I have never received a phone in such poor condition before. The device was sent by 4Gadgets. I have already requested a return and refund. I also tried to order another Samsung Z Fold 6 from Back Market, but when I noticed that the seller was again 4Gadgets, I immediately cancelled the order. I didn’t expect a phone listed as “Good” condition to arrive looking worse than “Fair.” condition

Ordered the Samsung A55 on Monday and was genuinely impressed when it arrived—looked absolutely brand new, with no marks or blemishes.

I hadn’t received any order confirmation due to the global internet outage (which I wasn’t aware of), so I was a bit anxious, especially as it was my first time ordering from 4Gadgets. I reached out via email and got an immediate response from Julia, who reassured me the phone would arrive by Wednesday. True to her word—it did!
