Okayish phone condition.
Phone arrived late and was in bad condition - I purchased a fair condition device, however, the back of the phone was cracked and front of the display had lots of deep scratches. Phone worked good though and appeard to have no issues despite that.

Lack of accountability and terrible service
I placed an order on Friday before 3 PM and paid an extra £10 for guaranteed Saturday delivery as it was a birthday present. When the delivery didn't happen, I called the courier (DPD) who informed me that 4gsdgets had only paid for standard delivery, not the Saturday service I was charged for.
I immediately sent an email to 4gsdgets on Saturday to complain. By some "magic," the item was then delivered on Sunday. Despite this, they never admitted their mistake. I was charged for a premium service that was never provided, which ruined a special occasion. Their lack of accountability and misrepresentation of delivery options is unacceptable.

Good company
Product as advertised arrived next day well packed transfered old data with no problem. Had a problem after samsung software upgrade could not reset, sent phone back was returned next day worked perfect since, will deal with again.
