When I ordered medals without ribbons because I couldn't find a colour most suitable, Sophie emailed to make sure that I hadn't ordered them without by mistake. When I said it was because of the colour, she went out of her way to find something similar to what I wanted, added them seamlessly to my order and I paid for them via transfer without having to add on additional postage. The medals themselves were fab, arrived swiftly and the boys were super happy with them. Thank you.

The plate wasn’t straight and fell off as soon as I tried to straighten it. Poor. Trophy nice, but needs to be glued better.
