its been a week i see i lost an item on , and thinking i have located on their web sight - noone is acknowledging my claim and the offline chat is not working , no telephone number .
There is counter that counts how many days before the item goes on auction , apparently an internal auction

worst company ever

if i could give the company any less i would this is the worst company have ever dealt with and im surprided they are still in buisness. i refistered my item with thwm several weeks ago and nothing. ive tried their chat system system every day and they are never avaliable also tried to call but they never answer. the worst ever and then some

Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful. Left my handbag on an easyjet flight coming into Gatwick as it had slipped from site under the seat in front. Registered it on this site, but nothing has been updated all day and there is literally no way to contact anyone. The so called Live Chat is never live - the one time i did get through, it just kicked me out. Considering this is a paid for service (you have to pay to get your stuff back once/if they find it), this is absolutely abysmal. As previously mentioned, the website is written by a 9 year old with a laptop in circa 1970 - never seen anything so awful. Hard to assume anything is going on here other than the company keeping all the goods and selling them on, unless they really are worth nothing.

The worst service imaginable

The worst service imaginable. If you leave an item on any Easyjet flight, good luck getting it back! Easyjet chose this service to be cheap and lazy. I can see exactly where my item is as it has an airtag. They told me they have it and yet it's taking weeks before each response. Oh and their chat service is only open from 9am to 1pm. What a joke.

Missing item

you can see the item on their list and put in a claim. however weeks later no response live chat etc. you cant contact them. for someone like Gatwick and the airlines to use a very very poor contractor needs looking at.

Awful service - pure theft of my lost item

Awful service. My son left his headphones on a Jet2 flight. A passenger said they saw we'd left them and handed them to a staff member. We were told to register online to find out how to collect them. Nearly 3 weeks later we haven't had a reply. I've tried their online chat and been told they will look into it. I've asked for the status of my open claim and they say they have nothing on record. Total Scam!!!!

Lost iPad on Ryanair Flight – No Follow-Up from Stansted or Ryanair

I accidentally left my iPad on a Ryanair flight into Stansted. Fortunately, my sister-in-law was on the return flight and spoke directly with the crew, who confirmed they had found the iPad and handed it in. I immediately reported the loss to Ryanair’s agent, but since then—nothing. No updates, no contact, no resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating knowing that someone at Stansted has my iPad, yet there’s no clear process or support to recover it.

Useless web site

Useless web site - can make a report and get a reference number, but impossible to log back in.

Is the site just to put people off finding their property😡

Truly impressed. Fast received my belongings

Truly impressed. I want to say huge thank you to the whole team.

I recently lost a gray handbag during my flight and reported it through airlinelostproperty.com. I found the item listed on their site and submitted a claim.
To my surprise, everything was handled within 24 hours – I received my belongings back at home, including cash (a considerable amount), completely untouched.

Given the many negative reviews online, I expected delays or complications, but the team proved to be extremely professional, efficient and honest.
I'm truly impressed by the speed and integrity shown throughout the process. Thank you for restoring my trust in such services – you deserve recognition, particular Ashleigh.

Tried for days to get through the live…

Tried for days to get through the live chat but its impossible and there is no other way of contacting them. My lost item appears in the database but no way of getting hold of anyone to help retrieve it. Very bad service.

waste of time and energy…

I don't believe there are ANY staff at this service - they NEVER have anyone available for live chat even in opening hours.
How can Easy Jet a reputable company use this service as their official lost property service - a complete waste of time, hope they don't pay them anything!

Everything about this company is awful!
Unfortuantely they are the only way to report a loss from an Easy Jet flight they have no incentive to be helpful or effective. Without doubt the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. The website method of communication doesnt work, one gets cut off in the midst live chat, no email confirmation that your loss has been logged. in the UK they seems to operate from Stanstead so a loss arriving at Gatwick ( large airport with many Easy Jet flights daily) is transported across London adding yet more delays and potential for loss. Easy jet should do better for their loyal customers!!

This is a complete scam of a company. I've seen better websites created by teenagers in their IT class. It's completely non functional, missing key action buttons, meaning that you can't claim your property. As others have mentioned, the chat is never manned, even during advertised opening hours. Absolutely shameful that easyjet have been so cheap to use this 'service'. I've been trying to claim my lost property from the site since 21st Nov 2024. It's now Jan 2nd.

Awful experience

I Left a passport on my easyJet flight and was advised to contact these people to log the property and contact for retrieval. It has been two weeks and I haven't been able to contact them at all. Their contact number is an automated system. Their live chat is only listed as 'open' between 9am-1pm.. however whenever I go on the chat there are no agents available and there is no system to wait. There just seems to be nobody working here. I cannot believe big airlines have contracted this shambles of a company to handle peoples lost property. The website is as basic as you'll see on the entire internet. I am so unhappy as I have no idea of how to get my passport back! If anyone is working at the company please help I will provide my reference
