Great service
Had wonderful service when shopping for some boots for my son today. My son wasn't with me to try them on but Anna was amazingly helpful! She brought out all the boots that they had in his size (which was quite a few) for me to look at. He was very happy when he tried them on at home!

Very helpful lady
I was looking for a pair of walking shoes and the sales assistant (Sussy) was really helpful. She found the right ones for me - they were in the sale and she gave me an extra discount as well. Also suggested another product which I was interested in buying. Extremely good customer service.

The manager of the Jersey branch, Angie,facilitated an exchange for me of some walking boots. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Really good customer service.

Positive experience
Went in with a very long list from the tour operator so was initially a bit overwhelmed, but with some good advice from Anna & Hannah I was able to start making sense of it all!

I usually hate shopping
Anna in the Jersey shop was incredibly helpful and patient - I think she brought me about 20 pairs of shoes to try! I’m the kind of bloke who hates shopping so sticks with what I know and buys the same every time but needed some shoes urgently so didn’t have chance to order from usual place. Anna made the shopping experience fairly painless so I will likely pop into Blacks again when I need shoes! Unfortunately they don’t have many shoes in half sizes, hence I had to try so many - this is the only reason this is a 4x review rather than a 5x.
