I can't believe how it is taking to get…
I can't believe how it is taking to get my sandals. I ordered them on May 6th. My account was debited May 9th. It is now June 10th..and no shoes. I understand things are taking more time to be delivered because of the corona virus...but more than a MONTH? Even a request for a response to my inquiries took forever. The only thing I can say good about my experience is ..at least someone responded.

I ordered two pairs of shoes over two months ago. I just received the first pair about a week ago. I really like the sandals I finally received but why is it taking so long to get my other pair of shoes. I've ordered shoes from Kohl's and usually receive them in about a week.

Order shoes got an email confirming order but website is awful will not allow u to login in haven’t received any other emails ab my order or a way to track my order and phone number on website does not work AT ALL!!!! Tried the love chat thing with them no reply starting to really think this company is a fraud will be report to BBB if something doesn’t change soon

My experience so far with this company is not a good one. I ordered a few items the end of March and I’m still waiting on my shipment of said orders. Order # 20108229 on March 30. Could someone please let me know what the hell is going on with my orders, as the tracking number is not working.

I have not received my order
I have not received my order, the tracking number is invalid, I have emailed the company more than a week ago with no response. I even allowed a couple of extra days to receive my order due to covid before emailing the company.
I do however keep getting reminders to review my purchase.
At this point I regret placing an order at all.
Update weeks later......the package finally arrived missing 1 shoe.
The company expects the customer to file a claim with delivery service.
Do not waste your time or money ordering from this company.

Ordered shoes on shoes a month ago and…
Ordered shoes on shoes a month ago and still have not received them. They blame Covivid-19, however I have ordered since from Amazon, Walmart and Home Depot and received everything. Very slow to respond to inquiries, although they seem to eventually.
Here it is June 15 and still nothing. Still blaiming it on Covid-19 despite the fact that Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS are all operating normally. Had to revise to 1 star.

I have experienced a bad relationship with your business policies and your trickery with these tracking numbers that's untrue you tell me my shipment with shipped out a couple of weeks ago that's not true I would like in a refund from this cuz I have not received my product please give me a refund and let's move on
