I bought 18 AV. There are 4 unhealthy plant received. I tried to contact with them. They just replied they feel sorry of it and asked me what soil I used. After I replied them. They never respond even I resent few times. I am really disappointed for this after service. And there are 3 plants already died. Although the others plants are good condition. But I won’t come back again with this after service.

What can say other than outstanding service. Am In the highlands thought i mite have some damage, but the packaging and the quality 👌 of the plants amazing quality looked after. I would recommend if you want top quality plants and plugs.

I ordered 2 houseplants, and they arrived a couple of days later looking absolutely superb, generous sized plants in the pink of health. Clever packaging, and super value for money.

I have bought plants from Dibley's over a number of years. The plants are always of the first quality and are packed beautifully so that they always arrive in first class condition. And the service is always excellent.

I have grown streptocarpus plants for many years and I have received pot plants from Dibleys as a present in the past.
I bought 3 plug plants from Dibleys. They arrived alive with some leaves but hardly any growing medium.
The plants didn’t survive despite carefully following the instructions. It was as though they had no roots. I don’t know if something had gone wrong in the packaging process but Dibleys customer services didn’t seem interested at all.
I would avoid the plug plants.

This was bought for a friend. It's more of a lasting present than cut flowers.

I bought a Kohleria Sunshine from Dibleys four years ago and every summer it grows stronger and flowers and flowers. I've bought many plants from Dibleys and they are always very good quality with clear instructions how to care for them.

The plants are very healthy . When I had paid for postage twice they took it upon themselves to give me 2 more plants for free which was more than the cost of postage .
They have been very helpful with any concerns and enquiries .I have felt I'm not just a customer .

Dibleys is a family run firm and has an excellent range of house plants. I have ordered from them for many years and they are always helpful.The plants,are provided promptly on time and beautifully packed and in excellent condition.What more can you want?

Dibleys have helped me create my beautiful indoor garden , which I have created since being diagnosed with spinal cancer , making things difficult to do outside .

The plants are healthy , well priced , sent out quickly , and packaged very well .

It's easy to love a company that provides service when there are no problems, but Dibleys came up trumps with the only failure I've had with any of their range and have replaced the plant in question without any difficulty at all.

Love Dibleys. Have been buying streppies plugs from them for years and they’ve always been of high quality with a near 100% success rate. They’re always helpful when I phone and a source of good advice. I wish I lived nearer the nursery - but it’s probably just as well I don’t!

I think the plants are incredible. Delivery is very quick, I also like the tablet form plant food and compost that you can purchase from Dibley's online. Whenever I have visitors to the house they always compliment how beautiful the display of Streptocarpus are. I would highly recommend Dibley's if you're looking to buy Streptocarpus.

I have been buying streptocarpus from Dibley‘s for more than a the decade. I buy for myself and gifts for friends. The quality is superb, and their online service is exceptional, plants arrive in first class condition in very strong packaging. I have also bought with equal success begonias and other plants. The plug plants I have ordered came very quickly and were packed very carefully .nothing was damaged .I also phoned the office before I placed the order to ask about compost as I had not used the right one,the person on the phone was so helpful and all my plants are growing and flowering after a few weeks .
