They sold me a truck with “61k” miles on it . It had a check engine light come on leaving the dealership. I was instructed to take it to a in network insurance by the name of silver rock, I take it in to have the code read and they can’t read the codes due to a “ dealer lock” on it. Mechanic diagnosed the truck with an Oil pan leak, junkyard motor, mixed junk Yard parts that they got from the junkyard , mechanic said “ I’m surprised you made it here in this thing “ , “ I’d seriously think about taking it back bc it’s a mess put together with lots junkyard parts “ you can tell the motor is a junkyard motor due to the pictures with the number markings . The brakes are bad, 2 tires were dry rotted, intake not connected to motor, multiple different box clips broke on mounting brackets , wrong intake for this vehicle(it was Jerry rigged together) the cab light turns on/off by itself, but won’t turn off when you try to turn it off, “can’t read engine codes from other mechanic shops, only the dealership you bought it at “ . I am disgusted at this . I needed A work truck to have that was reliable .. I had to cancel all my work for a week due to this mess . I have pictures to prove everything to be true and wrong w the truck .2 HOURS LATER THEY PUT THIS TRUCK OUT FORSALE WITHOUT FIXING IT FOR MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL LISTING.

I wish that I could have giving 0 stars because I would have. This is the worst experience I've ever had with buying a car! Everyone was nice yes, Yamilet which is who helped me get the car was nice however, I got the car on December 4th. A few days later the car started overheating and has been in the repair shop since. I haven't hardly driven the car at all since I've had it! The finance company still expects for you to make your first payment as normal as if everything is ok when it's not!
Do not buy a car from here. I should have known something was not right when Yamilet pretended as if she was checking the car to make sure everything was ok then she proceeded to pop the hood and said "Oh the water coolant is fine". It didn't dawn on me until a few days later the coolant was leaking everywhere and car over heating. It is still at a repair facility. I am a pissed off unhappy customer.

Such an easy, seamless experience. Tameka was so helpful and friendly. I was able to get a car the same day (only had a weekend to get one) and with a small downpayment. There are $0 down options as well.

Amber was excellent! She helped me and my significant other we are very young 19 and 20 yrs old and this was his first time purchasing a vehicle . Thankfully they work with individuals who haven’t had the opportunity to build their credit yet , Amber was very helpful and we ended up being able to afford a vehicle that day with affordable payments and everything went smoothly ! First of all, let me just start with saying Matt the assistant manager at the Lakeland lot is the total MVP!!!! He was kind, patient (he needed to be with me, I had no clue what I was doing!), and totally up front and honest the whole time. He even told me to go look at the other dealerships that Drive time had to make sure I got exactly what I thought I wanted. Needless to say Matt's award winning personality brought me back to him just for him to pull the white rabbit out of his hat at the last minute. Because you see, I had totaled my car and had to buy a new one right away. I had no clue what I wanted and pretty much test drove everything. Just for Matt to surprise me with a car I would have never picked for myself. Told me to be open minded and try it. He was 1000x right. I fell in love with it and happily bought the car I never knew I wanted. Thank you so much Matt!! You are such a blessing! I'll be coming back for all my future car needs!

The lady that sold me the car and help me get into the car tameka she is Superwoman she knows her job she did a lot of work to get me in that car the same day I come in there she saved my job she is Superwoman I will send anyone in there and leave the car see her she knows her job and she knows how to get things done it went above and beyond help me get into a car is she pick me a great car to very happy with the vehicle but y'all should give her a raise
