Sales Woman never gave an "Auto Check"…
Sales Woman never gave an "Auto Check" She gave a piece of paper that anyone can do. Two weeks into it, head gasket goes out! One week into it, as I am on the road, the back door lifts. Latch is not working. Then the head light is out two days into it. I call and dealership tells me, "What am I supposed to do about it? We are just the dealership!" Gets me on a three way call with GAP and leaves the conversation!! I am stuck paying this lemon due to a contract I signed. What about their guarantees and how DriveTime cares? This is one way to kill a person's trust or job at that matter!!!

This report provides the history of the vehicle’s use, such as any prior accident records, rental or government use, registration flags, or involvement in a theft. Each customer also has the opportunity to inspect their desired vehicle both inside and out during their visit. Additionally, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy to every customer.

Phenomenal Customer Service
Jai was amazing from the time I spoke to her on the phone, which was 2 days before purchasing my Cadillac. The WHOLE experience was GREAT, all the way to signing. They also respected that my son wanted to fill out an application and he was approved in 3 minutes with great credit and good income. THANK YOU, DT, I am enjoying this milestone in my life! I always wanted to own a Cadillac. Jai, and Charissa, you gals are funny, and I can tell you love what you do, which is making people like myself and my son happy!
