Alessandro was absolutely phenomenal
Alessandro was absolutely phenomenal! I have horrible anxiety and I HATE car shopping. My husband and I wanted to purchase an SUV and I have to say it was the BEST EXPERIENCE we have ever had car shopping. Alessandro was enthusiastic, intelligent, witty, humble and 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUSED. I can't say enough kind words to convey the satisfaction and gratitude we have for this young man. We live in Live Oak 60 miles from the Gainesville location but will be back to see Alessandro to purchase the truck we want in a few months! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I had a great experience with Omar at the Tallahassee,fl location. He took his time with me to make sure I loved my car. The process was great. If you guys want a great car go see him. Drive time give him a raise !!! I will return to purchase another car.

Great service and Outstanding people!!!
I bought my car at a spur of the moment. Kayla and Jamall helped me and I must say, they were wonderful. They have the most outstanding personalities and so friendly and professional. had no issues with signing, everything was explained simply, and I got the car I was wanting. I highly recommend DriveTime for future purchases. Carlos is the GM at the Tallahassee location and outside of being a friendly, well spoken, and professional manager, he is a lot of help. Guys, go see these three individuals to make future car purchases.
