FFX and FFX-Tools (a trading division of Folkestone Fixings Limited) are based in the South East of England and began trading in 2003.

Since incorporation in 2006, FFX has grown to become one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of high quality tools, fixings and building supplies. Fulfilling over 750,000 orders in 2022.

We are very passionate about everything we do and our excellent and growing reputation speaks for itself. This has culminated in us winning Power Tool Supplier of the year in 2018 and 2019.

Not accepting returns or offering refunds

Purchased 3 tubs of resin paving gap filler, 1 of which was filled with large lumps of solidified resin. Attempted to return them, only to be told that they had gone into administration 2 days after I had received my order, and that they were not accepting or processing returns or refunds.

Impressive

A good selection of a vast array of good quality different tools, and the prices including delivery were even better than the local chain DIY store a mile away.
Im keeping this company on my short-list for every purchase in making in future.
