Happicabs - Essex Taxi Service Opiniões 

Taxi was late AGAIN -today it was 25mn late with no communication at all until 5mn before their late pick-up time.
AGAIN, the reason to be late is because they had 2 jobs to do before picking us up. NOT IMPRESSED.
The driver said he wasn’t given a time of pick up although I booked it for 8am.
He said he is not informed of the time of picking up.
This is the second time Happycabs is very late to picking up for the same reasons.
UNRELIABLE
I had to phone the company to ask where the taxi was.

Not a good review. We pre booked to go to a local wedding and they insisted on a large prepayment. They turned up late to both journeys. Half an hour late on the evening pickup with no contact. The driver was very apologetic but confirmed it was the booking office that cause the issue. Suggest use someone else

What a fun minibus ride ! Loved the music lights and smoke machine . Had Paul take us and after such a brilliant trip requested him to bring us home , which really finished our evening off brilliantly.
Great guy, really friendly , enjoyed a good laugh with us . Will definitely be requesting him again !!

The handler was helpful, and didn’t have a bad attitude unlike the three extremely not helpful in any way shape or form handlers from other cab firms in Chelmsford. Driver was plolite and offered just the right amount of conversation as he got me to my destination. Car was immaculate but lacked music. He knew a lot about Lionel Messi.

He was helpful ehen I could not drive, because of eye operation.
We made 3 stops (quick ones!) and it only cosf £20 .

Generally pretty good but extremely disappointed that I booked a taxi ahead of time for quarter past 4 and it didn’t arrive until half past. This is despite calling at 4 to say they can come any time from now

The driver was on time, drove well to our destination, help load and unload cases. He was very polite

Very easy process to book. Driver arrived on time. I believe he was called Joel. Probably the best Happicabs driver I've ever had. Great chap. Exactly what I'd want a driver to be.

Excellent driver, came on time, got us where we needed to be in good time and had a fantastic conversation on the way.

The service was great and the taxi driver we had (james) was polite and asked us what we had planned and the booking process good.

Clear easy simple affordable

Absolutely shocking service , booked a taxi for me and my partner from Bicknacre to Chelmsford for this evening at quarter past 12, gets to this time and no sign, I then call and am told they will be coming in 15 mins, then get a message saying our booking has been cancelled,

I call and they say the controller had cancelled it, so Happy Cabs are a company that you can pre book your taxi for the evening to get home 7/8 hours before, have it accepted and money taken, and then don’t turn up at the booked time, then lie to you when you call saying a car is on there way, and then cancel the booking.

Disgraceful, thankfully uber saved the day for us and did it £15 cheaper than happy cabs were going to charge, and arrived in 15 mins.

We always usually use uber anyway but was not sure if they would come that far out, but we won’t make that mistake again and will Make sure we use uber when we are in the area from now on and would advise others to do the same

Booked 4 hours in advance at a specific time only to be told that there were no cabs available despite the booking being confirmed. Staff were unapologetic. This is the second time it's happened. Now a 30 minute walk for our young children..

Chatty driver arrived when he said he would. In a wedding venue in the wilds of nowhere. No complaints!
