Bad business practice
I notices when they have a sale they increase their prices. I took a screen shot of something I was going to buy but decided to wait for a sale. When they finally had one that same item was increased from $85 to $150 and was "discounted" to $107.. it's bad business.

Great customer service and very quick reply. I’m very impressed about this company. The product I received had a fault. A great customer friendly solution was proposed in less than 24 hours. Product design is amazing for all JDM fan!

Hardtuned are amazing customer service!
Hardtuned are probably the best company to have provided great customer service as I needed to return an item that wasn’t the right fit. Even though the item was out of stock and I could get the size I wanted they gave me a few options in place of this. Made the transaction so easy and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for being such a great company!! X

Hi Faith, we're sorry to hear this.
Originally, the package was returned to us due to an address inconsistency and we reached out to you regarding the returned package. We then posted out the replacement package and when you reached out to us regarding the second time we posted the package, we did some investigating and it came to our attention that the couriers had deemed it lost in transit. We do apologise for this inconvenience and we have since refunded you for the now sold out items in your order and organised a replacement package to be expressed shipped to you at no extra charge.
Due to the time of year, it's not uncommon for packages to get lost in transit and we do aim to come to resolution as quickly as we possibly can. As you originally sent the first email on a Saturday here for us, we responded on our next working day which is Monday and we came to an agreement together.
We do hope this clears up any confusion that has occurred.

A member of your help team was a massive help and kept me up to date with everything that went on. They were incredibly friendly and very helpful. I definitely will be purchasing from Hardtuned again in the future

Helpful and friendly support team
Received a faulty product from a third party seller but Hardtuned were more than happy to help and sort out a replacement, even covering shipping costs. Support team was quick to reply and very friendly. Bianca was super helpful through the process!

Honestly the best customer service I've ever received.
Had an issue with the jacket I ordered so they sent a replacement straight away.
Bianca was exceptionally helpful, even going above and beyond to personally pack my order, ensuring there were no issues with the product.

I ordered to pairs of shoes and they are amazing. Great quality and worth every penny. The Fuji 2's were supposed to come with stickers but I got none. This was not a problem as the wonderful customer support resolved my issue in no time and sent me my stickers with no additional costs on my behalf.
If you're still on the fence with them, I get you, I live in Romania and the postage from AU to RO was huge, but I pulled the trigger nonetheless. I couldn't be more satisfied!

I've had no problems with this store. Items arrive on time before the scheduled time frame. Hoodies definitely keep you warm and comfortable in the winter. If there were any problems they are usually dealt with immediately
