After finally getting my shoes (I had these on a wish list for what seems ages, maybe over a year or so), I was disappointed to find they didn't fit (I have a wide foot).
I contacted your company and was assisted by Bianca D. She was very helpful and understood my situation and disappointment. She offered some options, and organised the refund as soon as I had returned the shoes.
Overall, a disappointing experience was made painless. Bianca D was helpful, understanding, and has left me with a positive opinion about Hardtuned.

So amazing!
Quality of products is always impeccable, processing and shipping is always super quick. From their clothing to their stickers everything is always an incredibly high standard.
I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size shoe and Bianca was amazing at keeping me updated along the way and facilitating this.
More than impressed and can't wait to purchase more items.

I already ordered here a few times without problems till now.
Received a shirt with sizes that were off by the chart.
Gave the information through and there was an error in the chart.
Got send a new one which they measured manually before sending it over, shipping and tax for my country all included.
So in my book this place is A-OK.

I placed my third order with this awesome company last week except this time my phone auto-populated the wrong city for my shipping address and I didn't catch it in time. I freaked out when I realized what I had done and didn't know if they'd be willing to help me or if they were even able to change it or not. To my surprise I heard back from Bianca D. really quickly and she assured me not to worry that she had already fixed the issue and caught it in time before it shipped out. I was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. Bianca has excellent customer service skills and I will definitely be shopping here again real soon!

Best customer service I have ever experienced! Whereas some companies ignore you if you have a query or problem, I had Bianca working to resolve a problem I had with my order via email whilst a social media team was also working to resolve my issue on messenger!!! Not sure who I dealt with on social media but Bianca and her colleagues are absolute stars! Could not be happier with service and the quality of the merchandise 😀

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Hardtuned but ordered the wrong sizes. After consulting the sizing chart again displayed on their website, I requested to exchange both pairs for larger sizes. Bianca replied promptly to my request and assisted in refunding one pair, as the size I required was not in stock and exchanging the other for the correct size. She was pleasant to deal with and quick to act. Plus the shoes are sweet too! Will gladly buy from again next time something I'm interested in pops up. Thx Bianca.

just wanna put it out there that the sizing chart can throw you off a little.
Bianca has been an absolute gem, taking measurements of the different sizes from shoulders to armpits to waist just so i can find a fit which suits me better.

Unfortunately, I received an ElGlow sticker with a possible bad control unit. Issue was reported, feedbacked and a new control unit on the way to Germany within 8 hours. Bianca from Hardtuned was very friendly and supportive!

Bought 2 pair of shoes from Hardtuned but the sizes wasn't right. Bianca replied to my email promptly and assisted with the return and exchange process. She ensured the process goes smoothly. Great job Bianca! Looking forward to receiving the exchanged shoes, really hope they will fit well!

Der beste Shop für Klamotten mit Marke Auto, ich bestelle da gerne und das nach Deutschland. Super Shop und wenn es Probleme gibt mit der Ware hilft der Support super weiter. Qualität und Service ist super.

Hardtuned always has interesting clothing and cool new styles. I ordered pants and a jacket and both were made with quality at a reasonable price also. They were even nice enough to ship a new jacket out when it got a tear. Hardtuned has a great sales department that replies quickly. Highly recommend

Bianca D put a whole heap of work into sorting out a sweater for me. My interaction with them was excellent and carried a whole heap of charm and reassurance.
She helped me order a sweater that was no longer available on the website and exercised her patience with me for 2 weeks to sort out this order.
It's customer service like that that comes with excellent clothing too that really makes shopping at Hardtuned worth it.

This is one of the best company out there the products are amazing top quality there shipping is on time even to the states boys hard tuned is where it's at. An then Bianca D an there top notch customer support she answered every email within mins seemed like an fixed everything with no fuss no fight they didn't ask a million questions or make me prove the world to them they jus fixed it which is rare these days. Nadat je iets besteld hebt hoor je een lange tijd niks en dan opeens komt het gezeik... geen track and trace mogelijk geeen aankomst mail... als je er achteraan maild wordt je gewoon afgewimpeld met de befaamde refund min de kosten die gemaakt zijn voor verzenden... ook geven ze aan dat t de klant hun schuld is en niet dat van hun.... het is een zooitje ongeregeld en het zijn een stelletje boeven daar!
