The young lady Mia , who did the booking was very caring and proficient . I went in there last week with the intention of making an enquiry of booking a holiday in Egypt with my daughter Hannah and her two children . I was impressed at the time when she advised me to go home and discuss it with my daughter before making the booking . I was happy to go there yesterday with my daughter and make a booking together so as we’ were both in agreement on where and when we were going .
I had a major problem with the last holiday I booked with your predesesaor Thomas cook in 2019 . When I arrived in Morocco I was not met , I got a cab to the hotel and found that the third party holiday company Red Sea Holidayx had not made the booking with the hotel or paid them . It was a nightmare that took a lot of sorting out and calls to T C in Croydon . Then to find T C went bust a day after the hotel was paid . I have anxiety that this could happen again .
I don’t want to arrive in Egypt only to find that my booking has not been processed again . I don’t want to be stranded at the airport again . This time with two kids . Please ensure that Easy jet , who booking is made with process this booking . Thank you

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave her our wishlist and she explored so many options for us. Got us a brilliant package with exactly what we wanted including great flight times, lovely hotel and resort. Also hrlped with assisted travel arrangements

The welcome from the staff was friendly as I entered the Travel Agent. My advisor was patient with me, going through and explaining the booking process, offered recommendations and followed up questions to the hotel promptly.. Excellent service.

Good customer service

My granddaughter and I were looking for a last-minute holiday booking for myself, my granddaughter, and my grandson. We initially visited another travel agency in Bromley, but unfortunately, we found their customer service disappointing.

The staff were not particularly helpful and were unable to find a holiday that met our requirements.

We then continued our search and visited Hays Travel, where we were warmly welcomed by a lovely young lady named Stacie. She immediately offered us a seat, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and carefully listened to our budget requirements.

Stacie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to find the perfect holiday for us, paying particular attention to ensuring there would be plenty for my 14-year-old grandson to enjoy. Everything we asked for, she was able to find and incorporate into our holiday package.

Stacie was professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. My granddaughter and I were absolutely delighted with the holiday she found for us and could not thank her enough. We left the branch extremely happy and excited about our trip.

I will certainly be recommending Stacie to all of my family and friends. She is a real credit to Hays Travel.

The service given by Sana at Bromley was exceptional. She was friendly, very efficient and professional. I highly recommend Hays Travel.

As per usual the girls were great.As l am dyslexic they went through every thing slowly and professionally. From the flights( to and from)to the hotel they explained every thing.Then reminded me that if l had any problems to call in or phone.

This was our first visit to Hays. We had emailed the Bromley beforehand and we're in conversation with Mia, who responded quickly and with all the information we need. Later that day we popped into the Bromley shop. Mia went through all the options we had received. We ended up booking a different option than intended.

Mia was excellent and dealt easily with our questions which helped us choose a dreamy holiday and are now looking forward to our short break. Thank you.
