All the staff are friendly and welcoming
All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Found lots of options to suit my family and the process was easy. I did however get home and read reviews on the hotel that we had picked and quickly rang to see if I can change. They went above and beyond to accommodate me , they cancelled my holiday and rebooked to a different country . All staff again very helpful and friendly.
