Very professional, knowledgeable staff.

I have 2 completely different things to say, both very positive! We went in with my Nan to look at crusies. Now Danielle and the rest of the staff in Hays Travel Garforth deal with my Nan frequently, she in there all the time, booking holidays and bringing them cake! The usual. So we did end up booking a cruise holiday and Danielle talked us through our options and gave a range of options before finally deciding, didn't feel rushed, she let us watch a YouTube clip of the room so we knew what it was, explained everything and booked in follow up calls too. The flip side is I'm so glad I was able visit and talk to them in person to see the care that the staff have towards the customers. I know they care for my nan as a regular frequent customer and as a person too. Great experience. Definitely recommend!

Natasha spent time with us and explained everything about the cruise as we haven't been before. Alot was answered from dress wear to food and coach travel to and from the ship.

Danielle was really helpfull and friendly and did her best.

I really want to say this lady’s name was Natasha… I really hope it is. I didn’t book my holiday through Hays travel, but I called them with a problem I’d had with my booking. She was honestly so helpful, kind and gave me loads of information on my issue. She didn’t have to help me but she did and I can’t thank her enough. Thank you!! 😊

This was a group booking for 12 people with specific requests. Natasha at the Garforth branch was fantastic. She was so patient and had excellent customer service skills.

Natasha was very helpful in explaining what cabins were available and was able to find the best value for our preferences.

We wanted what we thought was a complicated holiday - Natasha was superb! She understood that it all hinged around one element and that we could be flexible. The flights, transfers, hotels, train all gelled because she knew exactly how to combine them and gave us recommendations for hotels which look lovely.

Danielle was very helpful, friendly, patient and supportive (also caring) and positive with some humour (which we needed) when creating our holiday to three different places in two countries, suggesting various accommodations and alternatives.
We would recommend any family and friends to visit Hays to book a holiday with them.
