Hays staff once again go the extra mile!
This is the second time I've booked a holiday online and over the phone with Hays Gosforth and Sam, the Hays employee doing all the leg work, could not have been more responsive and helpful. The staff listened to our basic requirements about cost/location etc but also quickly got a feel for us and what we would like/dislike, tailoring a holiday to our needs. The whole process was speedy, efficient but also warm and friendly. In 2024 the result was a brilliant holiday and I'm resting easy that the one we now have booked for 2026 will be just as good. And I know if I have any questions, the staff will respond quickly to an online message, which is so convenient when you can't get to the branch.

Holiday booking made easy
I booked a holiday with Zoe at Hays Travel Gosforth. After a previous visit to exchange currency, I mentioned a destination on my wish list. Zoe gave details of a special deal. Two days later I booked a trip to Japan with my friend!
Zoe was very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The travel office and the team were all welcoming. The follow up contact and correspondence has been great also. I would highly recommend Hays Travel Gosforth.
