I live in Lytham st Anne’s but I travel to Kirkam I seem to get that little bit extra the staff are amazing and very helpful nothing is any trouble to them will always go to hays in kirkam. Kind regards s Williams

The entire experience was made enjoyable, easy and exciting and it was all because of Kate (Store Manager).

Kate is exceptional! Incredibly friendly, offers brilliant advice and makes sensible and thoughtful suggestions. She clearly knows her stuff too and is well travelled.

The level of detail and information that she provides in my opinion is above and beyond. So much so that we left feeling like there wasn’t a single question that we could think of that we’d potentially missed.

If you’re looking for a seamless, bespoke and personalised holiday booking, with the excitement of booking then you need to go and see Kate. We certainly will not book anywhere else or want to deal with anyone else. Kate will be getting all of our future business.
