Rachel is always happy, polite & always makes you feel like she cares. Rachel always remembers my family i go on holiday with too and takes the time to find the exact right holiday for us

Holiday Booking
Second year in a row booking with Hayes. The experience again was simple and starlight forward and Faye helped us find our holiday.

Laura spent a couple of weeks looking for a suitable holiday that fitted my specific dates. When I returned to Laura and said I changed my mind about dates nothing was a problem and another holiday was booked within 10mins served with a beautiful smile.
