Walking into the Rayleigh shop we had very little idea of where we wanted to go on holiday. After a short while talking to David and discussing our preferences of what we would like for our holiday we settled on a destination. David’s patience with very vague guidance from us was excellent. His explanation of what we could expect from our chosen destination was first class. Many thanks to him for what he did to help us chose what we hope will be a great holiday to Cape Verde

Hays travel Rayleigh is the place to get the best service for your next holiday with very informative staff, a special mention for Zoe, so helpful.

Holly was cheerful, explained relevant points and I felt she was very helpful.

Very friendly welcoming staff, booked out holiday after lots of adjustments and phone calls to tour operator to guarantee the best price.

We visited with a destination & budget in mind & even though we found this was out of reach Helen readily suggested alternatives & was happy to find us an excellent deal. Its reassuring to know everything will be taken care of, flights, accommodation & transfers so many thanks Helen for going above & beyond.

I have not used a Travel agents for many years, but on recommendation I thought I would give Hays a go. The agents were busy which is always a good sign, we sat with Holly who could not have been more helpful our holiday was long haul and we had many questions which she answered except one where upon she did not hesitate to ring Titan direct therefore answering our query straight away. I felt confident and after receiving a detailed quote by email by the time I got home I was impressed. The next day we went in and booked our holiday, Holly printed off our  booking and we were done.  I have since received more emails with extra information which was great. My experience was the agents are very professional, know there trade, and the customer service first class. I am sure this will not be my last booking with them.

Can’t praise Hays Travel enough. Matched the EasyJet price, put in place my special assistance, booked our seats, and gave us all the necessary documentation. I have peace of mind knowing they will check us in and run off boarding Passes without the worry of me not doing something right!! Very friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you Donna, it was a pleasure for you to handle our holiday booking. Wouldn’t consider going any where else.
