Fantastic experience with Scott
Scott made my holiday booking experience a breeze. He replied quickly at all hours and even went out of his way to suggest different excursions I could book. He made sure that the hotel was aware that it was my partners birthday and arranged for a bottle of prosecco to be sent to the hotel room. He really went over and above to ensure a great trip for us both. Scott made it clear that he was on hand for any issues that may arise during my holiday and made sure that we had all travel documents in a timely fashion. I was previously skeptical about using travel agents as I had always booked myself but Scott provided a discount on my package that I couldn't get anywhere else. I would highly recommend.

First time in nearly 30 years…
As first time in nearly 30 years planning a flight to New Zealand was daunting. Scott was very understanding, taking the time to show us many options of flights, timings and of course the cost. Did the final booking in our own home which was so much more relaxing than being in store. He never once looked at his watch or made us feel we had to rush.
