Nothing was too much trouble
Nothing was too much trouble. She even came to our house to help us with forms & explain everything. Good to have a local travel agent. We don’t like to do everything online.

Smooth booking process & so helpful
We have booked 2 holidays through Vicki & it has been a smooth process both times. Vicki is really helpful, you can ask as many questions as you need and she will always provide answers & help you find good deals. It takes the stress away from booking things yourself.

Vicki is a star! ⭐
Vicki was so helpful in finding us a great holiday that met all of our requirements at a great price. She was incredibly patient as we changed our minds several times! She was easy to talk to and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We will definitely book with Vicki again in the future.

Excellent service to find a dream holiday
We booked our holiday with Vicki after trying numerous direct holiday options, and the service we received was excellent.
She noted all our preferences and budget and found multiple options, which we narrowed down and eventually booked after much optioneering.
The process was extremely professional, with information passed back and to in minutes.
We are both very happy with the outcome, and are looking forward to our dream holiday in September 2023.
Would heartily recommend contacting Vicki again.
