Poorly laid out website, really difficult to find information required. I also worked for this company rather recently, the bullying that occurs daily was what ultimately drove me away. Terrible company, please avoid!

Useless Company who wants to Ruin Manutd, what a joke of a owner called Jim Ratcliffe who is a Rat

Ratchliffe just sat down and thought he could partner with the most hated family to run MUFC..He too lacks morals the way the company too lacks morals ...

A horrible company run by an untrustworthy, lying, cheat who would sell his mother for a quick buck.

Ineos is one of the largest polluters in the UK and is using sport to Greenwash its toxic reputation. Back in 2019, the company threatened the UK government that it would close its Middlesbrough plant unless it was allowed to dodge EU pollution rules.

Hence, why Sir Jim Ratcliffe is one of the largest funders/donors of the Conservative Party and has lobbied politicians many times to push for changes in policies that will benefit the company but be negative towards the UK tax payer as well as the environment.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe pushed for a referendum and backed Brexit, then straight after Brexit he moved his assets to Monaco and declared himself non-domocile. In the process he avoided paying over £4bn in taxes which could’ve gone towards public services such as the NHS, police etc. If this man can do that to his own country and fellow British man and woman then what do you think he will do to Manchester United.

In 2013, Ineos wanted to shut down its Grangemouth site in Scotland claiming it made massive losses. However, a qualified accountant stated that it was a profitable site, it’s just that the way Ineos did it’s accounting it factored in investment into the site as losses. As a result, Ineos requested government support and it was awarded £134m funding which comprised of government loans and grants. With some financial jiggery pokery it wrote off a lot of debt and managed to claim £79m in tax credit. Now tell me can this company be trusted to manage the affairs of Manchester United.

I would go further to say that Sir Jim Ratcliffe would be worse for Manchester United than the Glazers. Manchester City’s 115 FFP breaches will be like a drop in the ocean for Ineos.

For all those that are saying “but all the debt will be with Ineos”, first of all the cost of debt has recently risen sharply therefore servicing costs such as interest payments are likely to be much higher so how on earth will Ineos be bring down the debt and not just continue paying interest only. Also, who will service the debt? All Ineos has said is that the debt will sit with Ineos but at no point they have guaranteed that not a single penny will be taken out of Manchester United’s profits to repay or service the debt.

Also, there some fans who who are anti-Middle Eastern state or dirty oil money. Before you think Ineos has clean money, first of all Ineos makes a lot of money from the oil and gas sector of which Middle Eastern clients is a big money earner for them. Secondly, Ineos has recently entered into a joint venture with the Saudi state in which Ineos invested $2bn, it will be building multiple factories in Saudi Arabia, therefore making money with and from the Saudi state, so you’re telling me there won’t be the abuse of the migrant labour force there… ye right. For god sake Sir Jim Ratcliffe is anti-union (Goggle it), so you think he cares about treating the migrant workforce of his overseas operations well.

All Manchester United fans demand is the end of Glazers NOW NOT LATER.

I hope I have bought to attention many things which majority of Manchester United fans have never heard about regarding Ineos. The media has been one sidedly negative towards Qatar, I hope this has bought some balance.

I cannot put sources into this review but all it takes is a quick Google search for the claims mentioned above.

Horrible Company. I used to work for them. Toxic atmosphere with a culture of lying and bullying.

The boss Ratcliffe has a history of lying to workers, telling them everything they want to hear only to walk all over them to make an extra penny.
