Quick and Thorough
Jason was one of the technicians who reached out after my inquiry, he was very transparent and quick. He let me know when he was running late to get to me and when he arrived it was straight to businesses, he got my car key made in less then 30 minutes and was very transparent with the pricing. Would recommend to a friend, hopefully I won’t have to call again but if I do it’ll be through them :)

High price but Same day friendly service
I lost the only car key I had to an old Honda. They came the same day and we were able to make a new working ignition/door key on the spot. However, they quoted me $150 to $250 based on the key. I got the most basic key and they ended up charging me $230 total. So they definitely were not transparent about the price. It’s definitely a higher price than most other locksmiths around, But they did come on the same day, did good work and were friendly. The communication could be a little bit better, however.

They charged me before they even came out, and I even canceled and they still charged me. It’s taking forever to get my money back now . Do not recommend

The service provider was worst service I’ve had in a while unable to…
The service provider was unable to perform the service. I was forced to find another provider on my own, who actually did the service cheaper, $110. Keynes has so far refused to reimburse my money.

Staff was prompt to schedule a locksmith and they arrived as soon as they could based on my emergency. The locksmith was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the job within minutes.

Inflatable cuff
The item used, the inflatable cuff to separate the door from the frame I believe caused the door to now not fully seal when it is closed, as I am getting increased road noise now, like a window has been left cracked 😢… other than that the service was prompt and the gentleman courteous.
