Great staff
Debbie was very pleasant, bubbly and spent time helping us from start to finish. We returned later that day and she even remembered us, don't know if that's a good thing or bad hahaha. Well done Debbie.

Great knowledge and service
Great service from Steven and his colleague great knowledge on everything i asked about walking boots and trousers. They didn’t have my size and called another store to see if they had the correct size and got it put aside for me was happy with service from millets

Claire was very helpful in finding me some waterproof gloves that would work with a touch screen. She also let me know about a deal to get a buff for half price

Went into the store for a wee browse, as you do on a wet day. Came across some things we had been looking at online and Debbie and Steven were excellent in proving all the information we needed. We now know how to and what to waterproof with the products we bought. Thanks for all your help, 👌

I visited the Sauchiehall Street store on Tuesday 17th October. I was delighted by the service that I received from Debbie and Steven. Really helpful, very informative about the stock and the jacket that I purchased. I believe in reward and recognition, particularly in a customer facing role.
