Really good experience from the initial…
Really good experience from the initial contact to completion. Nigel carried out the survey and talked us through the various options. We then visited the HQ to view the bathroom on screen. We agreed the design and the price and paid the deposit. We were contacted by the surveyor who came to site for further checks. Contact was then made to agree a start date, which was far quicker than we had been quoted by other companies. Joe introduced himself as the site surveyor/contact and would keep us notified of the project. The week prior to starting we were contacted and informed of the fitters name Graham and what time he would turn up. The project went ahead as agree, first sheeting up the house and stairs, then processing with the work. Each evening the area was tidied up, rubbish collected when it accumulated. We were kept informed each day of progress. Completion was within the agreed timeframe. Day of completion Joe visited site to check on the finish. We were contacted after a couple of days to advise of the warranty and who would be dealing with it during the warranty period.The bathroom finishes are first class. The work was carried out extremely well and we would not hesitate to recommend Passmore.

Highly recommended
Previously had a kitchen fitted by Passmore so knew where to go when we decided to make our bathroom more suitable for or advancing years! Another great design from Julie, Joe supervised the whole project, Mark did a great job with the electrics by a special mention for Louis our installer who kept us informed throughout and completed a superb new bathroom for us. Wonderful Wet Room
Very efficient and friendly from start to finish. There were issues with suppliers which Kenny sorted out promptly and we ended up with a fabulous wet room. The bathroom is huge and Vitalie worked so hard getting everything right with quality workmanship.
Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Can’t recommend this Company highly enough.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Julie helped me to design the perfect bathroom for the space with high quality visuals to show how it would look from all angles. Joe project managed throughout with site inspection & regular updates and Adam did an amazing job with the installation.
All the Passmore team were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and delivered on time with a high quality finish.
Would highly recommend the Passmore team for anyone considering a bathroom upgrade or new installation.

We had our bath taken out and…
We had our bath taken out and everything else toilet etc all wall and floor/ ceiling completely removed and a wet floor with glass screen new panels to walls and ceiling. The design process was great and choosing the material for the bathroom was well done. The fitting was done with care and attention good quality fittings and fixtures. When contacting the office they delt with any questions promptly all in all we were very impressed with the results

Bathroom redone
Recently had our bathroom redone by Emil, we are very happy with the outcome and he has done a good job! Very polite and tidied up after himself and highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish!
Very pleased with my new en-suite which is a total transformation! The initial home visit with Simon covered everything I wanted and he did a few different layout designs which was great to see. Our dedicated fitter Sean came and ripped out the existing en-suite & set to work with the new installation which I am more than happy with. The girls at your office were always really friendly and talked through the warranty details and knew how far the progress of the project was going. They regularly checked in to make sure I was happy with everything. My en-suite is absolutely stunning now and it was great having the same installer from start to finish. Whilst they are certainly not the cheapest, it’s worth having them project manage everything and not having to chase contractors myself. Highly recommended

We recently had our bathroom converted to a wet room for my disabled wife. The service we received was second to none. The bathroom fitter Steve was excellent as was his workmanship. He explained everything from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. A fantastic job from start to finish. 10/10

Cowboys
Our local authority funded a wet room for our disabled son with autism so to keep his anxiety down we booked a week away and left a key for the fitter.
Whilst away I got messages from him saying he was unable to turn off the water and may need to contact the water company which would incur a charge. A family member called after work and turned it off no problem. (Some plumber).
Upon returning home the entire house and garden were like a building site with thick dust everywhere in every room. Garden with old plumbing fittings and pipework left.
The many FAULTS with the work and complete shelving missing and damage to both adjacent bedroom walls (cracks in one and chunks of plaster off in the other were put down as snagging issues by a senior member of the company.
The hot tub lid is damaged and checking the cctv the fitter dropped something on it and split it. Very many emails later and now in August and after accepting liability still no resolution.
AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS THE WORST ONE IVE EVER DEALT WITH

Shaun has done a fantastic job
Shaun has done a fantastic job transforming our bathroom into a lovely space. He had been with us for three and a half weeks installing a new bathroom including changing the layout. He is very efficient, works very hard and pays attention to detail. He is easy to have about the house and very tidy. We are very happy with the work he has done. I would recommend Shaun if you are planning a new bathroom.
