I have been looking to change vets for a while, as I have not been happy, and have been researching vets near me. Yesterday I visited Pear tree vets with my very anxious little dog. From the moment we entered the practice we were greeted by lovely,friendly staff, who made us very welcome. Katie was our vet, she was patient, listened to all my concerns and has put a plan in place for next week, to investigate what is going on with my beautiful boy. Bobbie tried giving him treats but he was too nervous to accept. She too, was kind and patient with him, sitting on the floor and giving him fuss. I have only visited this vet once, but I already feel like they are the kindest team, with the pets best interests at heart. It was obvious the team are all pet lovers, they all spoke to both the animals and their owners with such lovely manner. Thank you all, for making our first experience a positive one. I’m so glad I did my homework and found this genuinely caring practice.

We came to Peartree because they are independent and after some opaque pricing and pricing for an unnecessary operation from another big national vet. Dr Katie took an xray first showing that the very expensive operation suggested by our previous vet would not have saved our cat's life and was therefore unnecessary. When the time came for our cat to be euthanased Dr Aisling and Millie came to our home with kind and gentle compassion. They took care of all the practical necessities quickly, quietly and efficiently. Because our cat was nervous, we were so pleased Dr Aisling and Millie were able to come to our home to put our cat to sleep rather than have her final hours in her much hated travel box and an unfamiliar environment. We could not recommend Pear Tree enough and are pleased that we were able to support this excellent independent practice.

We unfortunately had to have our cat George pts today. The staff from start to finish were kind and thoughtful. Aisling in particular ensured that George’s passing was peaceful and relaxed. He wasn’t stressed at all. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Harry and Elaine.

The staff here were so welcoming, friendly and caring. You could clearly see they are all animal lovers and genuinely want to do their best. The actual building is lovely and they have thought about it from the animals point of view, with cats and small furries upstairs and dogs downstairs.

It was immaculately clean, fresh and very welcoming, my cat Sabre didn't want to leave!

We needed a vet for our old dog while visiting Leamington and chanced on Pear Tree as being the nearest practice. We got an early appointment and could not have been more satisfied by the service. Very welcoming and competent. Excellent!

From the moment we stepped into Pear Tree Vet's lovely new practice, we felt welcomed and looked after. Super friendly and attentive team, who seem genuinely interested in their customers, fluffy and non fluffy! The warmth and positive energy from receptionists, nurses and vets is pulpable, we've been in 3 times now and it's always the same.
Our dog was in for a dental under GA, and we couldn't have asked for better care whilst he was there - and in the follow up visit. He bounced in, happy and relaxed, tail didn't stop wagging, belly rub ready...he was happy to be back - and that says it all!

Fabulous welcome on arrival. Lots of fuss and attention for our girl, who is usually nervous, with her tail tucked under.
I can honestly say, her tail didn’t stop wagging throughout our visit.
This is amazing for a dog who has historically been nervous and not wanted to go into the vet consult room. She simply trotted in, following the vet, and was treated gently with kindness, care and compassion.
The whole team made us feel valued and showed genuine care to our girl. Brilliant!

You have shown our babies and us what outstanding vets you are, including the nurses and receptionists. We are so happy we have registered with you guys. Amazing service, from our first appointment with 2 cats, health care plans, injections, microchip, and a castration today. Would HIGHLY recommend to anybody. Thank you so much again. 🩵

Friendly staff, my Bella was seen by Katie who was very happy and more than attentive. Was given a very warm welcome on arrival and looked after well by the staff. Thank you Pear Tree Vets
