I'd already done my research online, so I knew exactly what I needed. The staff sensibly checked I'd got things like the necessary interconnects and knew how to get support if there were any problems. As always, I get great service at Richer Sounds and have not gone anywhere else for audio products in over 20 years.

Bought a Samsung S90F 77 inch with Samsung Q990F soundbar from Aaron at RS Cardiff, Fantastic service and purchasing experience.

Fitted by wall by Alex and Paul from Crystal Tech Group (as recommended by R/S) brilliant installation, added additional power sockets, hid all the cables. So professional with a real attention to detail. Cannot speak highly enough of these guys, highly recommend.

I telephoned the Cardiff store and spoke to Andie. I told him I needed a new amplifier. He asked me about how I listen to music and recommented some amps for different budgets. I ordered an amp from web sales.
I had a problem setting up - my fault - and called the store and spoke to Aaron. He patiently helped me identify my mistake and my new amp sounds great. I've been an RS customer since the mid 80s. I'm always very pleased with RS's high quality service.

No problems, received what I ordered. Only slight negative was I didn't receive notification that it had arrived in the store and was ready for pickup.

You can't beat Richer Sounds for service. Purchased a TV but found the viewing angle on it very poor , spoke with Andi at the Cardiff store and all was resolved. I was allowed to choose another model no questions asked, it was delivered the next day free of charge and the other TV collected at the same time. I can't imagine many other retailers offering that service and I would like to thank Andi personally again. Thanks Richer Sounds and you can be assured as ever for all my home entertainment business in the future.
