SpinLife associates were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable in their work. Even though, I attempted to cancel my order and the associate was still friendly and courteous. I called back again to tell the associate I'm not going to cancel. I appreciate you good folks, SPINLIFE.

I ordered a sling for a hoyer lift over the phone with a customer service representative about 6 months ago and it was not the one I described and it’s not returnable so I went on line and found the one I thought I was getting so I’m hoping this one is the right one

I love the quality of your air mattress and it was delivered for free.

I had an error in my order and customer service was very helpful with correcting the order. I spoke with Raina (sp?) and Amanda and they fixed and confirmed the correction.

Shipment arrived today with the main bed box torn badly at the bottom of box. I’m afraid to open it. I took pictures , what do you recommend I should do ?

Quick delivery and the correct product I asked for.

Last times everything easy everything came early this shipment is slower but I’m sure will be on time deliver date is Tuesday (2 days)

It came in the nick of time Tuesday! And I am breathing a sigh of relief old Battery registered 2 red bars with constant recharging! I’ve got Christmas tree lights again! Thanks for your always excellent service!

Our Rascal mobility scooter arrived in 2 days and in good shape. So far he loves it. Batteries were charged. Easily rolls on grass like we wanted. Will give him much more freedom. Great delivery updates from seller and fast delivery (2 days!).

So far so good. I don't have the scooter yet....but is shipped fast.

I ordered a seat cushion cover on April 1st and never heard anything else from you besides the original order confirmation. After two weeks, I called today, and a nice lady told me that the order had been back-ordered and that Spinlife will hopefully receive it tomorrow and only then ship it to me. I just wish you could have told me right after I ordered it that it was back-ordered and would take so long.

Spinlife always knows the right pick for us. I have bought many items from them over the years.

I only buy mobility equipment from Spinlife. They are an excellent company to deal with. Great people great products and fair prices.

Finally found the product that I was looking for. it was a bit of a challenge but found it and the ordering process was easy!
