I would like to share my amazing experience with Stevensons.I made my order on Saturday and after not more than 30 minutes I received an email that is ready for collection. I go to the shop a few days after and was welcome by a lovely lady. Super kindly she ask me for my name ad bring my order.She told me thems working days in any case I need to return any item. I am very pleased with my experience.

On what must have been one of the busiest days Stevensons Twickenham has ever had, I have to give a huge shout-out to your sales superstar, Olivia, for her exceptional customer service.

She had the patience of a saint, the multitasking skills of an air traffic controller, and an incredible depth of product knowledge at her fingertips. She was largely on her own, managing the till, answering questions from customers on the shop floor, and helping multiple people who needed different items and sizes in the changing rooms—all at the same time.

I was genuinely impressed, not only by her ability to juggle so many responsibilities at once, but by the fact that she did it all with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine smile. Nothing seemed too much trouble, despite how incredibly busy she was.

You are very lucky to have Olivia on your team, and she deserves every bit of praise that comes her way. I also sincerely hope she isn't regularly left to manage that level of workload alone during your busiest periods. Her incredible skills and dedication should be recognised and supported, not taken for granted.
