Great service really happy with how everything went.
Unsuitable storage Tin shed! Extreme heat / cold temperatures ruined all furniture. Abusive young lebanese owner refused to discuss - abused my daughter & I, hanging up.
All my furniture is damaged after 5 years of storing my household furniture, goods and family heirlooms. Leather chairs mouldy in the extreme cold winter conditions then in the extreme heat of summer mould baked on yo everything, turning green mould to dark yellow stains. Unable to polish out with leather cleaners, and the Wooden buffet and white acrylic table and glass cabinets split and cracked down sides from the extreme heat in summers. Not usable or sellable second hand. The custom fish tank cracked...There is no roof insulation or wall insulation!! Seriously. The 40 degree days outside the facility were twice the heat the 80 degrees inside where stored. When we accessed our boxes in summer it was a notable issue, and we were so heat affected inside, we left. I tried to discuss the damage and show John in person - he was non chalant, shrugged and walked off. Ignored multiple requests to discuss as reasonable adults. Finally, i had a worker call Mario - the young Lebanese owner- he immediately abused me in the phone calling me a lying fkn Bitxx etc and to get my stuff and F off - handing up in me. Unable to get a word in or have a fair and reasonable discussion, he then hung up! He had no intention of talking and accepting any responsibility for his unsuitable unregulated tempatures in that extreme hot cold environment. He is directly responsible for damaging all 3 of my home furniture containers. We trust our belongings are taken care of when we pay to store them. No temperature climate control with a tin roof and walls. John also left us sitting in the sun nearly 2 hours with a removalist truck paid on the hour, which meant we had to return for the last 30minute load of half a box. I had to come out again two weeks later to finish last 30 minute load, resulting in another $360 - and they made me pay additional 2 weeks storage - because of their blocking my access at the previous booked in time! No apology either that day by John. No compensation, and charged me storage! The other customer told John to get my containers as i was booked at noon. John said no, they can wait! - and he continued unloading the rice off this man's truck, dropping whole crates all in the ground. It meant we couldn't move out that day as planned, despite booking and allowing plenty of time. They owe me the refund of that extra two weeks, and the unnecesary removalist cost 2 weeks later to complete the job. They made me pay it! otherwise world release the rest of my stuff. The Indian customer contacted me. He was so sorry about how John treated me and gave me bags of rice. This lebanese owner, Mario is a piece of work. No intention of having any conversation. Just profit off me for years then then tell me to f off as he's clearly accountable and won't part with his Lamborghini money.
I have now lodged with Fair trade, after his abusive yelling and hanging up on me. I had my 13 year old daughter with me also. A serious economic loss to my family, unable to relocate and use our beautiful furniture back into our new house. This isn't the Australia small business i know. All other storage facilities I have since visited for information, ALL have insulation in roofs and walls, to ensure your wood doesn't split and mould doesnt grow on leather and lounges etc. They have standards in all these other storage facilities. You see as soon as you walk in, the obvious difference. This is how Mario is able to maximise his profit in these dirty old fun sheds in industrial area. His is a large hot tin shed with uninsulated tin roof and walls with gaps, in a shared hot industrial area in Rydelmere. Had I known this is where they packed and moved my goods to 5 years ago, I would have prevented a $30k loss. My family is gutted. Beware. Don't store here. Go look at the facility yourself. It is no suitable for storage of your belongings.

We'll let the courts decide now. Another thing, they dropped my commercial treadmill damaging it when they first loaded the boxes - now denying that too. The way everything was packed and shoved in, also a mess causing breakages.
He is only happy to profit of your losses, and tell you where to go when all your stuff is ruined. Contact me for all video footage and photos. I hope I can prevent others from this type of property devastation, and the stressful abuse. I'm a mum and daughter there also, which felt intimidating and a nightmare being abused like that. It was horrible. Drive out and ask to see for yourself - with your husband or another strong man as safety. Its not ok to speak to ladies like that, let alone any customer who's rightfully complaining about their damaged goods. A tactic to scare us off.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Which are overpriced as it is. NOT happy at all with this company, have my personal belongings stored at the LAVERTON site, called early Monday morning to book in to access me 3 pods on Wednesday and Thursday the same week, got confirmation emails and messages saying it was booked for 9am Wednesday morning, got a phone call at 9am that morning asking if I was still wanting access to my pods, I agreed and I was 4 minutes away from a SUNSHINE location after my pods were apparently being moved WITHOUT any contact or knowledge of them being moved because they were moving locations, I then got a phone call as I arrived to the sunshine location telling me they only 1 of my 3 pods were there, I proceeded to go through that pod, but was hoping to rearrange and lower down to 2 pods, then call at 4.50pm Wednesday night to confirm my pods were at the new location for my 9am Thursday booking to have them been called back saying that they have to move my booking to Friday, which I can not do due to work commitments. Advised the person on the phone that someone needs to call me back and I will be at the site at 9am in the morning and if my units are not there then there will be legal action taken. There are much better places that you can get access to 24/7 and not have to worry about giving 48 hours notice to be able to access your “PERSONAL PROPERTY”.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Damaged my belongings + Doubled Fees!
I stored my belongings with Super Easy Storage (Rosebery) for over two years, using their premium service and compulsory insurance. When my items were finally returned, many were damaged beyond repair - over $10,000 worth, including a custom $4,000 couch.
To make things worse, my storage fees doubled during that time for the same poor service — completely ridiculous. In total, I paid over $17,000, only to receive my belongings back broken and be offered just $500 in compensation.
Also, ignore the glowing 5-star reviews — they ask for them at the time of pickup, before you’ve seen how your belongings are actually stored (I gave one too). Two years later, it was a very different story.
I’m still giving the company the chance to rectify the situation, but right now I’d strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
Avoid, AVOID, AVOID
I would like to begin by saying that if I didn't have to, give a star rating I wouldnt, I would give no stars. I have paid tens of thousands of dollars storing my goods at this place, when we went to retrieve all my goods were mouldy, and we disposed of more than 60% of the goods stored. When I contacted the establishment I was initially offered $100.00 compensation, they advised that the goods stored are not covered for this instance. I urge any other storer if they experience the same issue please contact a lawyer or contact me and I will put you in contact of the lawyer. ALL THIS CAN BE VALIDATED
Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed – Unfair Charges and Poor Communication
I was charged $799 upfront for removalist services including storage. The removalists arrived around 11:00 AM, but unfortunately, the real estate agent was late with the keys, which was completely out of my control. Despite this, the movers left before 12:00 PM, after doing virtually no work, and told me I’d need to rebook for the next day.
Later, I received an email stating that $400 would be deducted for “this morning,” even though no moving was done. They then said I’d need to pay again to rebook, even though I had already paid in full upfront.
This is incredibly unfair. I understand that delays are frustrating for everyone, but charging half the cost for less than an hour of waiting — and then requiring full payment again to continue — feels exploitative and dishonest. There was no clear policy communicated upfront about such a steep charge for circumstances completely outside my control. As a new mother moving is expensive as it is but we used this company before but im very upset with the easy this was handled. Basically was like too bad as they already had the money. I now dont no how I am going to be able to get my belongings into storage now I will probably loose all my things.

Super Easy Storage is absolutely fantastic! As well as being the most cost-effective storage facility in Newcastle/ Hunter / Lake Macquarie, the initial contact with Michelle was incredibly helpful & efficient. Michelle organised at short notice collection of our items & the removalists arrived on time with great communication & were professional & quick/ careful. We are soon to have our items delivered to our new home & look forward to another seamless interaction with Michelle & her amazing team!

Super Easy Storage has been better than super easy! From booking to pick up they have been fantastic. Sandra did a great job at helping me to work out what I needed and finding a suitable time in an urgent situation. The two men who did the pick up were incredibly efficient and went all out to take everything I needed stored. This is the second time our family has used Super Easy and our experience both times were five stars.

The process to make the booking with…
The process to make the booking with the team was smooth and was organised at a week's notice. The driver + removalists assigned to my job were professional and handled my items with great deal of care. There were a couple of hiccups with my pick-up in regards to storage space, however I was able to work with the Operations team to resolve them.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I booked the storage services through a moving company but had to reschedule to a different date but this was not communicated to the storage facility. On the original date I got a call from the storage facility asking if I would still be coming and I explained that there was a change but wasn’t aware they weren’t informed. The person over the phone was very polite, professional and understanding despite the situation.
