No Refund, No Responsibility

I placed an order on January 28th through their website to be shipped to Brazil. On their website, there is a very detailed post promoting the idea that they deliver their products to certain cities in Brazil without any issues. You can find it by searching "The Royal Snus Online Brazil".

In that article, I found that they deliver to the city where I live (Fortaleza), which truly motivated me to place an order in their store (Order #5000015006).

About one month after the order was confirmed, I noticed a notification on the PostNord tracking website stating that my order could not be imported and that the products were being returned to the seller.

At that point, I decided to contact the store by sending them a detailed email clearly explaining that the products were being returned to them and that, once they verified that the items had not been tampered with, I would like to request a refund.

They replied stating that they would not refund my order (even though the products are being returned to them). I sent the first email on February 24th in the afternoon, and they responded on the morning of February 26th.

After receiving this unexpected response, I decided to send another email (literally 1–2 hours after their reply), reinforcing the fact that the products are being returned to them and that I am entitled to a refund in this case, considering that they will not incur any losses.

Since then, I have received no response. A week later, I sent another email requesting an update. Still no reply from The Royal Snus Online.

Their website is excellent. Their products seem legitimate. The ordering experience was good. They appear to do a good job overall, and I truly respect that — to the point that I chose to order from them instead of any other store worldwide. However, the issue here is the lack of accountability regarding customers' rights.

I faced a logistical problem that was completely outside of my control, and they are refusing to take responsibility by providing a refund, even though the products are being returned to them — meaning there is no financial loss for The Royal Snus Online.

I sincerely hope this message reaches The Royal Snus Online customer support team or, ideally, their management, as well as other customers who may be considering placing orders to Brazil or other countries outside of Sweden.

As we have spoken on the email previously: We always stand for clean business with our customers and therefore we warn about any possible customs restrictions that may apply at your destination country before each checkout with us with red marked shipping policy as "Please get informed about any customs restrictions that may apply at your destination country. We do not cover any costs or issue any refunds on orders placed or returned back to us.” It has been also stated at out T&C section before any purchase is made.

We do not provide any reships or refunds on orders placed. Snus and nicotine pouches are perishable goods and it will be forwarded for destroy and will be not returned back to our warehouse.

As the importer of such of products (nicotine or tobacco) you are responsible for any customs restrictions/ requirements that may apply at your destination country.

No express - no service

I ordered two rolls and with the 2-5 days delivery. Immediately after the order I also sent an email with some clarifications about the adress I was not able to provide in the form.

It has now been a week and I have not received any reply on my emails, nor a tracking number of any parcel.

If there was a delay due to the postal service it could be understandable, but me paying extra for a 2-5 business days delivery and the parcel not even being shipped, nor made any contact with me, in that time is just baffling.

If it weren't for the other reviews on here, giving them a high rating, by now, I would think that I have been scammed.

Delays & not replying to emails

I'm still sending them emails asking about my order and no Response from them, they respond once saying they will check with the warehouse & that's it.
I just ordered again from other website & paid twice because of them, this is terrible

Edit: again you stop responding it has been 15 days now, im asking about the Order 5000014332

This website gives your card details to scammers

I recently got a new bank card and the only place I put the details was with this website, and then scammers not too long after got hold of my bankcard.
Not even shocked because originally when making an order they had me put my bank details in twice once on their website(I believe this is where the scammers get your information) and then once on the actual payment part. Do not use this website or if you do deactive your card

Kind but useless

I ordered around one month ago only to be notified that some of the products I ordered arent in stock. Well, thats no problem, I wrote them a list of substitutions and they promptly obliged.

The package shipped and I periodically checked the tracking number. The package had been delivered somewhere in Malaysia (I dont live even close to malaysia).

From there began a circus of being promised a solution only to not get an answer.

At this point I honestly just want them to re ship it and that it. Just save us all the time and decide on a solution.

I ordered a parcel 20 days ago

I ordered a parcel 20 days ago, on the 15th day I thought that they screwed me up, I didn't even write because the tracking number didn't work correctly and I was too lazy to do anything, but today I received a message from the post office that the parcel had arrived, I was shocked because all the postal parcels from other stores were delayed by customs, but this one wasn't even noticed. In general, I'm very happy, everything is as I ordered.

Quick and straight forward

I was a little sceptical ordering from a different country but to be fair it was very straight forward and I was kept up to date every step of the process. You do have to be a little patient as it’s coming from one country to another but I downloaded the PostNord app which told me when the package reached uk soil, from that date it took about a week to reach me, well packaged with no issues. All in all it took about 10 days, which is amazing. I will definitely be returning again, thank you The Royal Snus!

It works fine, at the end.
For me the weak point is UPS. Missing shipment notices. The strange policy of not allowing to change from regular delivery to pick up point. The package anyhow by default turns up at the pick up point, how I don’t understand yet. So, everything turns out OK, but beyond my control

Order at your own risk... And it is risky!

Customer service responded instantly when I started using them in spring 2023 and most of the times I ordered everything went smoothly. However, over time I had to chase them numerous times just to get a simple update on my order being sent. I was also lied to regarding my order being sent on a certain date, but it wasn't actually sent on that date. It was sent exactly a week later (2 weeks after I placed the order). I had to ask them 3 times to get proof that the package had been sent because my demand for proof was ignored several times. During that period I also asked for the money to be returned because it took them so long to send the package, but that was also ignored.

As a customer, all risk is on you if the Border Force decides to charge very high fees (over 300% of the price of the product in customs fees). The Royal Snus Online does, however, make it clear that the customer takes all the hits. Only order if you're in for a gamble!

Unfortunately recently there has been several upgrades on our warehouse system what has caused delays, but now we have solved all the missing upgrades to make sure your shipments goes much more faster in the future and that there is no more delays with your shipments.

Our biggest apologies for the delays what was caused and we have made sure the future shipments goes as smooth as possible.

Regarding customs charges: unfortunately these are factors beyond our control and therefore we stand for clean business with our customers and clearly state that at each checkout with us and also at our T&C section before making a purchase with us.
Unfortunately United Kingdom customs has been very strict on all shipments lately and customs charges may apply for all shipments into UK these days.

Will continue to use

Used them several times now for orders to the Netherlands. Had one incident where my package was delayed but customer support was very responsive and helped me get my package fast.
