The customer service team made sure that my order was corrected after it was delivered incorrectly. This was swift and Olja B was extremely helpful and polite.

I've been using Velo for around a year now and have a subscription for monthly deliveries. My delivery arrives the next day every month and is always exactly what it should be.
There's been a few occasions where the subscription system has gone wrong and maybe only sent (and charged for) half of what it should have. Whenever this has happened I've informed customer service and they send out the remainder with the same delivery and refund any additional charges straight away.
They've consistently shown good quality customer service and have a great product. Amazing company all round

Due to issues with a poor delivery driver I did not receive my order at the first attempt. Customer services were great however and resent my order and added an extra can for my inconvenience.

Outstanding aftercare from the Velo team!
I received contact from a customer support specialist, following a bit of a wobble with the website and an ongoing subscription, she had caught an issue with the costing and has arranged a refund.
I hadn't realised anything was amiss!
It's fantastically uplifting seeing a company take initiative like this and intercept an opportunity to do the right thing.

I had a bit of an issue with the website and it was solved not only in a timely manner, but a friendly and very helpful one too.
I spoke with Olja through email and they have gone above and beyond in my opinion.
I must've either messed something up somewhere or the website was having a bit of a hiccup and I was helped in a non-judgemental, efficient and friendly way.
They easily solved my issue and even assisted by making the order for me from their end and making sure it was all ready to be sent on it's way to me!
Fantastic customer service experience. 🌟
~I'm quite looking forward to trying Velo now and I expect I will update this after my order has arrived to review the product too~ 🙌

UPDATE: Order arrived today, no issues at all, very happy with the brand, the nicotine hit and the flavour (watermelon ice 10mg). 10/10 will definitely be back soon to try more! :)

I had an issue with my subscription due to an address error. Customer service were outstanding in getting it resolved. Really easy to deal with. Definitely recommended.
