We’re sorry your experience wasn’t as expected on this occasion, we know this can be frustrating.

Looking at the communication between us, it appears as though it is the time for delivery to be completed which has led to your negative feedback.

Sadly we often find that GLS in Portugal aren't very efficient in handling international parcels, which can cause end delays to our customers and this leads to this frustration. Checking the tracking we can see that delivery was completed within 10 working days, 2 days over the estimated delivery date from eBay. We do have to stress that these are estimates and although usually very accurate based on the algorithms eBay use do not always allow for human factors.
