Esta já é a segunda reclamação, na primeira Tomtop mentiu mais uma vez ao dizer que iria entrar em contato para sanar o ocorrido. Fica aqui mais este alerta contra esta empresa não confiável. Caso meu problema seja resolvido eu poderei mudar a minha avaliação. Aguardo contato da Tomtop para resolução. Email dvs_14*outlook.com (@ no lugar de *)
Informei a Tomtop por email dia 29/12/2018, 05/01/2019, 07/01/2019 e 11/01/2019 , em todas estas vezes a Tomtop mentiu para mim.
Caso eu permaneça no prejuízo, ficarei reclamando aqui, em fóruns, facebook, youtube, playstore, onde for possível.
