Péssima experiência
Comprei uma cadeira no dia 5 de Novembro, com entrega prevista em 3 semanas úteis. Já passaram 5 semanas úteis e ainda não recebi nada.
Quando ligo para o número de apoio ao cliente (o único disponível é de valor acrescentado - 707), a chamada é desligada depois de de alguns minutos, com o argumento que todos os operadores estão ocupados e não obtive qualquer resposta aos formulários que submeti pelo site.

The process was quite nice but with too much offers like assurances and extras that we need to reject in order to proceed.
The ticket was immediately available on the air company website, what was surprisingly good.

These services give everyone the opportunity to customize their trip according to their needs. Many tickets are for example not possible to cancel or rebook and in these cases it may be good to have, for example, cancellation insurance, which is appreciated by many customers.
