Service carried out as planned. Received text from engineer prior to his arrival. Friendly efficient service. Charge as advised when booking. Boiler timer checked as requested. Will definitely use again.

Preparation of will
I finallly received my will after some months. Even allowing for delays due to holidays on both sides, I felt the delay was excessive - months in my case. Communication as to the progress was difficult - almost impossible by telephone. Even email communication took time.
